Dr. Nicole Padovan-LaGrasta is a 1998 graduate of UMDNJ Dental School. After graduation Dr. Padovan went on to complete a very rewarding and intense general Practice Residency at the Hackensack University Medical Center. She joined Dr. Neil Perkins practice in January 2000 and was given the opportunity to put into practice all she had been trained to do. With her gentle caring way, she eagerly grew as a dentist, and in 2004 became involved in implant dentistry, the fastest growing aspect in the dental field. With the retirement of Dr. Perkins in 2006, Dr. Padovan became the proud new owner of this successful dental practice.
Dr. Padovan is married to her high school sweetheart Michael LaGrasta. Together they have 2 children, Olivia and Michael Tomis. They reside in Monmouth County New Jersey. Together with her dedicated staff and accomplished associate dentists, Dr. Padovan maintains a state of the art practice, dedicated to the health and well being of her patients.
Dr. Richard Titlebaum was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He received a B.A. in Economics from Haverford College. Dr. Titlebaum received his D.M.D. from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Titlebaum then serves as an Endodontic Resident in the I.B. Bender Division of Endodontics at Albert Einstein Medical Center. He received a certificate of Endodontics and returned a year later as Clinical Attending Staff at Einstein, where he continues to teach to this day. Dr. Titlebaum has had the additional responsibility of training the residents in their first introduction to Nickel Titanium rotary instruments.
Dr. Titlebaum has guided and participated in numerous research projects at both Harvard and Einstein. Some of the projects have looked at radiograph angulation, apical extrusion, and the effectiveness of MTAD.
Your comfort and health are most important to us. At each visit, you can expect a thorough examination that includes evaluation of your teeth, soft tissues, muscles, TMJ (tempro-mandibular joint) occlusion and gums.
Of course, you can also expect that we will do everything possible to give you the great-looking smile that you want. We practice state-of-the art dentistry, using the latest materials and equipment to achieve natural looking results. If for some reason you are worried about your visit, don 't be, that dreaded word 'cavity' should no longer be feared.

I had my first visit to the office and it was very pleasant. I can honestly say this was the most thorough and educational dentist appointment I have ever had. From the spectacular customer service of the front desk staff, specifically Erika, to the very detailed and patient dental hygienist Karen, my experience was phenomenal. Dr. Padovan is a great dentist and very proactive with her care. 5/5 for the cleanliness, office staff, and their services. I will definitely continue my care here, thank you.

Safe, spotlessly clean and comforting. Dr. Padovan and her staff have done an excellent job during this Covid time to ensure patient safety and cleanliness. I was quite hesitant to go back to the dentist during this time, but I must say they made me feel confident and comfortable given all the preparations that they have done to ensure the highest cleanliness standards. I have been a patient there for over 25 years and appreciate the care, concern, professionalism, and confidence in this special practice. Thank you for your commitment to patient satisfaction!

As usual, Dr. Padovan and Karen provided superior care during my cleaning. I have a great deal of pain during cleanings, but both Karen and Dr. Padovan made the visit tolerable. I appreciate both and would never even consider another office for my dental care. My family has been with the office for many years. My wife & I have been patients for 10 years. Mark

Dr. Padovan is our family dentist. We could not be more please with Dr. Padoban and her entire office. They are so attentive and patient with my 10 year old twins and incredibly helpful to my elderly parents in their nineties. We can not say enough about this place.

Dr. Padovan and her staff are the best. I have had my share of bad dental experiences in the past. My biggest issue is inability to get numb; takes a really long time and many injections. In the past, dentists have basically worked on me even though I felt pain because they were impatient and couldn't wait for me to get numb or give me enough anesthetic. Dr. Padovan continually checked on my pain level and had to administer more anesthetic each time I told her I could feel pain. She took as much time as was needed and restored my faith in dentists! She even called herself to check on me after the procedure. Amazing!
