I was a pt. of "Dr." Macki. I saw her infomercial spiel today and had to write from my 2-year experience with her when she was at Clear Choice. Do not get caught up in her hype. 2 years of my life and $60,000 up front of course and she or her lab could not deliver a quality product. Could not get the "smile" right even with photos provided, nor the fit, nor honor her word to include an annual maintenance. She made me wait for weeks for follow-up appts for taking impressions and multiple try-ins. When I scheduled the annual maintenance appt., Clear Choice would not honor her word, saying that she had left the practice. I would NEVER trust or recommend her to anyone.

I am soooo impressed with Dr. Mackie and her awesome team. I had my surgery on Sept 6, 2022. I did a full upper/lower Zircona implants. I did a ton of research and viewed many hours of video's of the procedure and what to expect. Dr Mackie was the 3rd consultation. From the moment I pulled up to her building it was one check mark off my list after the next of what I should be expecting!!!! Her office is "stunningly beautiful" everything state of the art and top notch! 200 % of what one should expect. I made my mind up that very day that I was going to move forward. My financing and EVERYTHING just fell into place so fast. The vibe and energy is right. I was treated like a queen. Unbelievable, and totally wonderful experience. I don't care what they charge, it's worth to me to feel cared for and respected and get what you pay for. My post-op care has been just as amazing as the pre-op. I love the honesty and consistency of Dr Mackie and her awesome team. I feel as though I got the best in town. That being said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR MACKIE if you're in need of any kind of dental procedures. And NO I don't get paid to say this. It's nothing but the truth according to my personal experience! My before and after pics are nothing shy of amazing. I LOOK GREAT IF I HAVE TO SAY SO MYSELF.. LOL In all seriousness, Dr Mackie I can't ever thank you enough for this life changing experience and my totally beautiful new smile and renewed confidence. I must toot your horn to the heavens. Dr Nicole Mackie is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with my procedure not to mention she always has the best kicks I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new smile

Dr. Mackie is by far the most patient, understanding and talented Prosthodontist around. She is immensely knowledgeable in her field and only recommends that in which is necessary for the patients well being. In addition to being exemplary in her field, she has a great eye for the overall aesthetics. I trust her with my entire family. Whenever I have an appointment, she makes me feel like I'm the only patient of the day. She takes her time with me, is thorough and so detail oriented. Lastly, If you haven't been to her new place, you're missing out! Totally a 5+ star facility. It's wow! I expect nothing less from her! Thank you Dr. Mackie for having such a positive impact.
