Never responded to any phone calls. Had to continually call in hopes of getting an answer!!!!!! Finally made my dentures and to no avail they didn't fit. Not surprised!!!! Worked too fast and unable to get back in for any relines with several sore spots that were just left ignored. The fact that the dentist's husband is the rudest secretary ever. Will tell you off abs be as hateful as possible to you...They also keep their small children there with them so all you hear is him and her fussing at the young kids. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't waste you time they are neglectful as best.

Please verify with your insurance what is covered. It took me one year to get my money back once I found out that a procedure was covered. Was told by doctor I needed to pay out of pocket because insurance would not pay for it.

Stay away. We sent a family member here because they take Sunshine Health. One visit and you will see why it's so easy to get into see this "so called" dentist. Very unprofessional from the office staff, to the dentist herself. We were actually frightened in the dental chair. Have reported them to Dental Board. Hopefully they will get their act together. STAY AWAY until then!
