Dr. deFabrique has been putting smiles on patients' faces since his career began in 1999. He takes pride in providing consistently top-tier quality, and takes great pride in being able to change lives through dentistry.

Dr. deFabrique attended the University of Miami, where he received his Bachelor of Sciences. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Boston University before attending theNew England Medical Center/Tufts Universityto undergo his general practice residency. By continuing his education, Dr. deFabrique is honored to provide you with a comforting and welcoming dental experience.
What is most important to Dr. Bri Jahna is treating her patients in a caring and comfortable manner. Transparency and open communication are key in her practice of dentistry, and she genuinely enjoys the relationships she creates with her patients along the way.
Dr. Bri feels your smile and oral health are essential components of your confidence and well being, and loves helping her patients have a smile they are proud of. She has a special interest in not only dental aesthetics, but facial aesthetics as well. She has master level training in injectables through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and treats patients with Botox for cosmetic and therapeutic reasons.
Dr. Ruble's mission is to educate her patients in the best oral health practices and alleviate dentophobia (fear of dentists). She believes this fear stems from the unknown and anticipating pain. Therefore, she uses a gentle touch to eliminate her patients' apprehension and discomfort.
Dr. Jennifer Ruble earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Ruble then attendedBoston University, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Lastly, she completed her General Practice Residency at Mission Hospital in North Carolina.
Dr. Jen Ruble finds it very rewarding to help patients of all ages achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful smiles. To do this, she continues her education and training regularly so patients can feel confident in the care she provides.

A Miami native, she currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with her husband and their two daughters. Of course, her family wouldn't be complete without Jasper, their Labrador. When not in the office, Dr. Jennifer Ruble enjoys snowboarding, hiking, boating, and attending sporting events.

I went in for a consultation/second opinion on short notice and very pleasant. Dr. Bri Mastrianni was extremely informative and explained the situation thoroughly and gave me a game plan. The office is very clean and inviting along with professional staff members as well! I ended up switching dentist that same day as I felt I was going to be in better care. I recommend DeFabrique Aesthetic Dentistry to anyone looking for a great experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I love this office and I'm so glad it was referred to me. It was very difficult for me to find a decent dentist until now. The front desk is extremely efficient and friendly. Karen, the hygienist, is absolutely lovely. She explains everything before she does it and she's so gentle with my cleanings. I feel so appreciative to have found someone like her. Dr. Defabrique is wonderful. He's very knowledgeable and has such friendly bedside manner. If you're looking for a dentist office in this area, this is the one.

Wow. Excellent quality of care. I highly recommend this office for getting a sleep apnea mouth guard. Those that have sleep apnea know how difficult it is to find real evaluations and treatment. I went in for a sleep apnea mouth guard. Due to the thorough evaluation by Dr. Defabrique, he determined it would not help me and recommended that I not purchase it. He advised on other non surgical treatment options that meant him not selling me anything. I trust this Dr. will not sell you unnecessary treatments. A different doctor's office was ready to sell me the mouth guard without doing such a thorough evaluation.

So very pleased at this Dental office and could not be happier. Everything and Everyone was amazing. Even my husband had a great experience and he does not like the Dentist, lol. De. Defabrique is a wonderful dentist and I and my children have been coming to him for over 15 years. Because of Dr. Defabrique's kind and gentle manner, my now adult children enjoy their routine visits to the dentist, as I do. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and the office ambience contemporary and relaxing. Dr. Defabrique always spends time with each of us during visits so you know he really cares about his patients. I can not recommend Dr. Defabrique highly enough as we love him and his good work in our mouths!

LOVE this place! Dr. Defabrique and his entire team are outstanding. Thorough exams and cleanings. Absolutely NO unnecessary procedures. Gorgeous and immaculate office. If it is possible to actually enjoy a trip to the dentist, this is the place. Love them!

Dr Nicolas Defabrique office is absolutely the greatest dentists office I have ever been to. The staff is kind and welcoming. The facilities are impeccable. Dr Defabrique is the gentlest dentist that will ever touch your mouth and is always asking and concerned whether you are in pain or if things are uncomfortable. The work done is on the highest level. Dr. Defabrique accepts nothing less than the best. I have been attending this dentists for about 15 years and all the work that has ever been done is exceptional. First time going here it was very professional, I went to the Loxahatchee office. Everyone was very nice and the dentist took his time and explained everything to me. It's my go to dentist office now

I have seen Dr deFabrique for my 2nd visit. The first visit was my initial cleaning and X-rays with state of the art equipment. Today was 2 cavities which he found on the X-rays on the first visit. They were both pretty deep. He was great. I barely felt the novocaine and both old silver fillings were pulled and new white ones went in. The whole process take 45 minutes and I had absolutely no side effects or pain post visit. I would recommend his friendly staff, brand new clean offices and great dental work to anyone!!
