We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Nicholas Rodo is a native of Buffalo, New York and was educated at the State University of New York at Buffalo. After earning Cum Laude honors as an undergraduate biology major, Dr. Rodo participated in laboratory research and served as a volunteer in the dental department atECMC. Dr. Rodo went on to graduate fromSUNYAB School of Dental Medicine, being fully accredited and licensed to practice in 1985.
Dr. Rodo was awarded the prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001 and presently lectures and teaches dentists nationally. Dr. Rodo has also been awarded the Mastership in 2006. This award is the highest honor available in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in the profession. Dr. Rodo was also awarded the Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2012 and Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2014.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will electronically file all insurance relative to dental services: Because we file electronically, all claims are filed the same day. This will dramatically speed up the process of getting your checks to you! Please have your dental cards available. It is possible that you may have misconception about dental insurance. Unlike medical insurance, dental insurance does not usually cover 100% of the charges incurred and many insurances carry a deductible. It is customary to receive the payment from you on each visit. Any payment subsequently made by your insurance company will be sent directly to you. Dental insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company; therefore, you are responsible for your entire account until it is paid. We consider ourselves dental insurance experts, and we will do everything in our power to maximize your benefits. If you have any questions, we will find the answer. Your complete service is our goal.
Treatment fees and estimates are fully discussed before treatment begins. You will be pleased to know that we accept bankcards as a form of payment in our office, in addition to cash, personal checks and a new health care financial program. Dr. Rodo is fantastic! Hygienists are thorough and kind. Office staff is so nice and personable. BUT DR Rodo is fantastic! You won't even feel the novacaine going in. Even my son willingly goes for his cleanings and fillings (and this is a kid who bit a dentist in the past!). Give Dr. Rodo and his team a try!

Dr. Rodo's office was wonderful to work with! I live out of state. My elderly Aunt showed up at his office from the nursing home wanting her teeth pulled out. He called me to discuss it and provide the best treatment plan for her. While talking with him I explained because of COVID I was not able to see her. When she showed up for her appointment the staff facetimed me so I could have a few minutes to visit before her appointment. I was able to be part of her appointment. The office staff was always so nice to work with and Dr. Rodo really went out of his way to provide the best care and service. I highly recommend his dental practice! The customer service was amazing!

Dr. Rodo stays up-to-date with new dental technology and techniques. He is an expert at administering novicane (you will not feel the needle). His dental hygenists are very gentle. And the office is SPOTLESS.
