Dr. Berardinelli has always done a great job with our entire family. Two of our sons had basically broken both of their front teeth off when younger and he had methodically repaired and replaced both of them to a beautiful and permanent condition. He has always performed at a very high and professional level while serving our current needs as well has suggesting future preventative care that has always proven to be right on. He is a wonderful dentist and you will always be in good hands.

I have been to dental appointments since I was in kindergarten. Now at 60, I have found the best dentist and whole dental practice yet. Dr. Berardinelli has a great office, wonderful staff, very modern, up to date equipment and techniques, but he has not lost touch with good common sense dentistry. His people are wonderful! I actually looked forward to the reminder calls. His panoramic digital exrays made my most feared time (exrays) smooth and easy. They did extensive reconstructive work on me and now I have a new smile that I am excited to show off, and it's strange to say, but it was essentially a fun experience. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Berardinelli and his whole office team!! They also expertly did some work on my 9 year old daughter and she thought they were great too!

I have been going here for some years now and I can say it's nice to only go for 20 minutes every so many months and when you walk in the door they all remember your name. Very friendly, state of the art equipment and have had no issues using Delta Dental coverage here. PS: they fixed a broken tooth of mine today in 15 minutes flat using a bonding. It's almost as if the tooth was never broken. Great Job team !

This is definitely a 5 Star practice! I highly recommend Dr Berardinelli's office to anyone looking for a great dentist. My first visit to his office was two years ago. I was really impressed with the amount of time he spent explaining and reviewing my dental needs to me. His front desk was also very helpful explaining my insurance coverage and my out of pocket expense for all of the dental work I needed. Dr Berardinelli took photos of the teeth that needed attention and reviewed then with me at this first visit And gave me a copy of all the photos to review at home. I was very impressed with the new technology his office uses. I am very satisfied with all the dental work he did on my teeth. He did crowns on the teeth that had huge fillings on them and I can't even tell they're in my mouth. They feel so natural and my back teeth look so much better now. I am 72 years old and have had crowded crooked teeth all my life . I didn't want to go through 2-3 years of braces so I never did anything about it. Dr B did a bonding procedure on my upper teeth that made my teeth look perfect in 2 hours. I couldn't believe it . I love my new smile and my wife likes it too!! I wish I had gone to Dr B many years sooner

Novicain needle haters, meet your new Dentist! Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive staff (Donna is a hoot ) and a clean efficient office. Every visit I've had has been smooth sailing, and their Novocain administration instrument is magical, I didn't feel a thing! 5/5 across the board!

I'm so glad I switched to Dr. Berardinelli! I broke my tooth and my prior dentist couldn't see me for 2 weeks. I called Dr. Berardinelli's office and the woman couldn't have been nicer and got me in first thing the next day. Tg cuz it was painful. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Berardinelli and his assistant Donna explained everything to me. They both did an awesome job from the painless novocaine to the crown. The office is very clean and welcoming!

My husband Rick Tronzo had several appointments with doctor Berardinelli. At these appointments he was treated with the up most respect by doctor and his staff. We would highly recommend anyone having dental work at this office.

This man is evil. He wants a quick buck and has no guilty conscious of his neglect and violation of your body. My daughter was convinced of doing some unnecessary cosmetic work that has resulted in constant tooth pain and headaches, and is causing on going mental upset. With the added bonus of an unnatural and unsightly/damaged appearance. Please please do not trust this practice. No doctor should ever drill your healthy teeth away. Any moral dentist will tell you this. I'm sorry to anybody else this has happened to. It has been a nightmare.

I became a patient of Dr. Berardinelli when my previous dentist retired. I am very impressed with his use of modern technology, his explanation of procedures and the enjoyable music (the music totally takes my mind off of me being in the dentists chair!). His staff is always pleasant and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Berardinelli for his expertise, his precision and his comforting and friendly personality.

!!!Misleading thieves!!! Only go to Dr. Bernardinelli if you want to be ROBBED. My husband came to Dr Bernardinelli for a previous procedure and when he asked the desk how much a cleaning would cost for a new patient (me) he was told by the front desk it would be $65. This amount is very similar to the Dentist I had seen previously so I scheduled an appt. When I arrived the Dentist & staff were very nice. (This is the only good thing I can say about this company). He told me I would need x-rays as a new patient and even though I assumed there would be an additional charge, this was never explained to me. Neither was the fact that the $65 was only for a new patient exam and it was an additional $95 for the cleaning. During the cleaning I was asked if I was ok with Fluoride, also never being informed this was an additional $25 and I asked the dental hygienist if it was recommended, she said yes, so I said yes, sure. My bill for 1 new patient cleaning with x-rays came to a total of $285.00. I've never gone to any dentist, anywhere where this amount was charged for such a service. Especially without a single word of what additional charges would be added. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Also, once I recieved the details of my bill I called the office and wanted to know why my husband was told $65 for a new patient cleaning and the front desk woman changed the subject by trying to review my husbands bill and then saying "I tried to call your husband 4 times for your insurance card". We had already settled the fact that they DID NOT ACCEPT my insurance when I was at the office and paid my bill in full. Also, I had given the desk my insurance card when I arrived and they waited until AFTER the service to tell me they did not accept it. A simple apology would have been nice, but they are thieves and cannot accept responsibility for misleading their patients.

A friend recommended me to this dentist and I contacted before going and asked if they took my dental insurance. They said yes. I went in and had 2 fillings done then returned later that month because one filling had a piece sticking out between my teeth, preventing me from flossing as it loosened the filling every time i tried to get floss past it. It was so painful and I would literally have to push my filling back in. I called and went in to get it "fixed" but was told "nothing was wrong" because my bite was "fine" and to "chew harder" on that filling side to essentially provide the filling with "physical therapy". But my bite wasn't an issue; it's the loose filling that's in between my teeth! I left that day with no resolution only to later receive a bill for $300 for "PPE and palliative care". I was also then told they don't take my insurance and that they were mistaken AFTER I had all of this work done. I have tried calling and discussing this with them and instead of being helpful or understanding or offering to fix my filling that is still messed up, they sent me a letter from a lawyer demanding I pay the palliative care fees or I will be sued. I'm honestly still in shock and not understanding why I am having to pay $300 for someone to look at my messed up filling with a mirror and say "chew harder".

If you are new to the area and looking for a great dentist that is kind and cares about your teeth I'd highly recommend Dr.B! He does great work! And his staff are just as hardworking and wonderful!

Dr. Berardinelli replaced a crown unnecessarily, then after I had months of pressure and discomfort, I went back and he told me it was perfect and to go get a root canal!! Actually told me to not call or come again because all he would tell me if I did was to go get a root canal. After seeing a second dentist who replaced the crown, all the pain and discomfort is gone and I'm stuck with bills totaling over $200 still to Dr. Berardinelli and I have to pay for my new crown out of pocket - over $750. He also replaced a chip in my son's tooth that already fell out. STAY AWAY!!! To top it off he sent me a letter telling me to please get different dental insurance that pays him more.

Dr. Berardinelli has a great practice. He is very caring about his patients. He actually followed up with me himself, after a procedure that I had done to simply ensure that I was comfortable. I have been to a lot of dentists and he is by far the best. His demeanor, follow up and prices are awesome. I will go to him as long as he is practicing.

The staff is very friendly with a clean office environment. The office is very easy to get to conveniently located in Murrysville with ample parking. I switched to Dr. Berardinelli from a multi-state mega practice where I felt like I was a number and not a patient. Dr. Berardinelli takes a lot of time with his patients and listens. I have never felt rushed. He explains what he is doing in terms that you can understand. He also explains his pricing before doing a procedure. There are no surprises unlike the previously mentioned "big box" dental practices. I'll never go anywhere but Dr. Berardinelli.
