Dr. Taghikhan provided a very comfortable, borderline pleasant experience with extraction of all my wisdom teeth. I had it done with local numbing only, without deep sedation. And I'm glad I stayed awake, because after a few shots into my mouth, the rest of the procedure was a breeze. Between Dr. T's professionalism, confidence and charisma, the unpleasant sensation of removal itself was barely noticeable, even less irritating to me than having a filling done. One of the teeth had to be sawed in half (dreaded scenario), but all I felt was light buzzing, not much different from having teeth polished. The whole process didn't take long, only about a minute per tooth, and 3-5 minutes on the difficult one. Once the extractions were performed by this very skilled surgeon, naturally recovery was smooth and speedy too, with no major swelling or bleeding. Dr. Taghikhan's team is efficient and friendly, office is simple and clean, and I am so happy with this experience, I almost wish I had a reason to come back.

Dr. Taghikhan is the best Oral Surgery DR. . He recently pulled my tooth and I did not feel anything , he is so gentle on pulling teeth . i would definitely go back to him and bring my family.

Dr. T and his staff were amazing! They made me feel comfortable going into removing my wisdom teeth. Although Dr said it was a bit of a complicated case, it went well! Post surgery recovery is going good and the office made sure to check in on me as well. Highly recommend!

dr did my bitox and it was pleasant normal feeling , he said it wil show in 2 weeks but in 4 days its a 'wow' result . It looks great i'll ill do it again.

Dr T. is a great Oral Surgeon. He takes excellent care of his patients and does amazing work. I have referred many of my orthodontic patients to him over the years. And every one of my patients gave rave reviews of their experience with Dr T. He is definitely my 'Go To' oral surgeon in the Bay Area.

They pulled out two teeth, and it was a great experience. I was awake for the surgery. I felt calm, and it didn't hurt compared to previous tooth extractions with other dentists. I will look forward to coming here in the future.

Has some worries was referred to Dr Nix in this practice however I decided to see Dr Taghikhan. He was super knowledgeable specially in the area that I was most concerned and put my mind at ease. He explained my situations one by one and communicated with me clearly with recommendations for each issue on do's & don't's. I felt peace after leaving their office. Their team were phenomenal, in particular Sara was a sweetheart and super caring! I highly recommend this office if you need an Oral Surgeon.

I chose Dr. Nix to do a molar extraction and implant. During both procedures, there was absolutely no pain, before, during, or after. Yes, of course I was numb during the procedures, but even when it wore off, no pain. Dr. Nix is a caring guy, not just caring about your teeth, but caring about you as a person. When I had a problem with my implant, even though it was not in any way Dr. Nix's fault, he took care of me immediately. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His staff is also fantastic and caring. If you need oral surgery, this is the place to go.

My mom has Alzheimer's and was going through a lot of pain. It showed through her unmanageable behaviors. Her Kaiser doctor referred Dr. Nix to us. I called and his assistant helped me scheduled the next day appointment when another patient canceled. Dr. Nix was very nice and patient with my mom. He listened to her case carefully and instructed his assistant to start her case with Kaiser so he can do her dental surgery there, together with Dr. Sikka. It took some times for all of the arrangements with Kaiser and Covid compliant preparations to be completed. Everything went well afterwards and we're so grateful. I can feel he and his staff were compassionate to their patients. Throughout the whole process, everyone was very professional and kind. I'd highly recommend Dr. Nix for your dental needs. Thank you, Dr. Nix and your staff.

I was referred to Nix by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. I have bad anxiety so this operation had my stress levels high. Day of operation he helped ease my stress and was knocked out for the procedure. Everything went well with no complications and woke up feeling good. It's been a week since and am already feeling much better so far. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done.
