Dr. Neal D. Kravitz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He also serves as a clinical faculty member and research adviser at the University of Maryland and Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Kravitz is an dual Ivy-Leagued trained orthodontist who received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University (where he was Academic All-Ivy while playing for the Columbia Lions Football team), and received a Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (where he graduated as Valedictorian).

A prolific writer, Dr. Kravitz continues to publish his orthodontic technique and his remarkable cases in book chapters, educational guides, and numerous professional dental and orthodontic journals, including the AJO-DO, JCO, WJO, JADA, Angle Orthodontist, the Ontario Dentist Journal, and Orthodontic Products. Dr. Monica Dinh was born and raised in Northern Virginia, and as a teenager at Annandale High School, the removal of her braces made her recognize the value of orthodontics. Braces not only improves the alignment of teeth, but also enhances facial appearance and self-confidence. She graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience, earned her doctorate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, and specialized in orthodontics at Nova Southeastern University. During her residency, she focused on the psychological impact through her thesis on orthodontic patients oral health quality of life and received her Master of Science degree.

Dr. Dinh enjoys serving her community, volunteering her time with the Virginia Mission of Mercy Project and Give Kids a Smile. She is a current member of the American Associate of Orthodontics, Southern Association of Orthodontics, Virginia Association of Orthodontics as well as the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

Dr. Helena Kilic lived in Montreal prior to pursuing her studies in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Massachusetts, where she graduated with a bachelor of science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. She then pursued her doctorate degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Kilic practiced general dentistry, prior to specializing in orthodontics at Seton Hill Center for Orthodontics, where she received her Master of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees.

Dr. Kilic is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. She is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Southern Association of Orthodontics, Virginia Association of Orthodontics, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

Dr. Kilic is passionate about helping patients restore their confidence and self-esteem through giving them a new, beautiful and healthy smile. Getting to know the patients and their families is one of her favorite aspects about the profession.

Dr. Jessica Thai is a native of Fairfax and was inspired by her orthodontist when she had braces as a teenager. As an orthodontist, she loves watching her patients grow and gain confidence, just like she did.

Dr. Thai completed her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech, where she graduated summa cum laude, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology. She then moved to Richmond, Virginia to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. After dental school, she continued her education by pursuing her Master of Science in Dentistry at Saint Louis University, specializing in orthodontics. During her residency, Dr. Thai had the unique opportunity to complete a fellowship with Washington Universitys Craniofacial Cleft Lip and Palate team at St. Louis Childrens Hospital.

Dr. Thai enjoys serving her community, volunteering her time with Mission of Mercy Projects and Give Kids a Smile to provide free dental care to underserved areas.Throughout her residency, she was actively involved with the Boys and Girls Club Dental Clinic, where she organized and provided no-cost dental care to the local pediatric population.

Dr. Thai is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, Virginia Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation.
