Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

With 19 years of experience in the Seymour area, Dr. Nagesh Shrestha is an experienced and compassionate dentist who offers comprehensive, high quality gentle dental care in his state-of-the-art practice.
Dr. Shrestha completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Case Western Dental School in 2001. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, and Seymour Lions Club.

staff was all very nice and welcoming. I had a cleaning done which was painless. The dentist came in and gave me an honest opinion, was very kind. I liked the honesty I got from the staff, whereas other places they may try to lie to get you to pay for more things than needed.

I am new to the area and today was my first appointment. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the building, the friendly demeanor of the staff, and the efficiency of their operation. I'm excited to go back, which is not something I've ever said about a dentist office!

I had a broken tooth with an exposed nerve. He took my call on a Saturday, got meds started and squeezed me in Monday when he already packed with appointments. Doctor Shrestha is amazing and I could not recommend him more. He's also wonderful with kids.

I needed to have a root canaled tooth looked at. Dr. Shrestha was open on Saturday and I called and was taken right in. How terrific was that and on a Saturday. Dr. Shrestha took a couple of x-rays and then took the time to sit and explain to me what was going on and that I didn't need a root canal again on that tooth. How wonderful to find a doctor that takes time to explain things in a way you fully understand. Thank you Dr. Shrestha. You have a new patient.

I had a horrible experience this week at Dr Shrestha's office. When you go into the exam room, you hang your purse on a hook by the door. I had my exam and took my purse to the front desk. I went to get my credit card out and it was no longer in my wallet. I searched and finally found it along with my debit card in another little pocket . My wallet had obviously been tampered with. I paid the bill but I knew something was wrong. When I got in my driveway I stopped and pulled my wallet out to find that all my money was missing $200+. I immediately called his office to report this. He said it didn't happen. I reported it to the police department, they investigated, and Dr Shrestha denied any involvement. The following morning I got a notification from visa that a charge was attempted to be made to a jewelry store in Bangalore India for $400+. They considered it suspicious activity and closed my account. There is absolutely no doubt that it happened there. Also he checked my tooth that was painful and said there was nothing wrong. The following day I went to another dentist who immediately go saw the problem and got me an emergency endodontic appointment that afternoon for a root canal.
