Dr. Nadine B. Nicolas received her bachelor's degree from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and her D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, in 1996. Throughout her education, Dr. Nicolas was on the Dean's Honor List and received merit scholarships from Tufts. She has earned multiple awards for excellence in dentistry.
Dr. Nicolas is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. The prestigious AGD Fellowship Award is one of the most recognizable designations within the dental profession. It symbolizes excellence in dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Dr. Nicolas is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Florida Dental Association. She engages in further education and training through membership with a local chapter of World renown Spear Education and Clinician's Report.
Dr. Nicolas and her husband, Dr. George Nicolas, have four children: Lea, Corinne, Rene and Christian. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, gourmet cooking, and traveling. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

I had begun as one of those phobic patients. Who would have thought 18 years ago I would be part of a fabulous team? Youll see me at the front desk multitasking, making sure your visit is pleasant. Ive been married for 31 years and have two grown children. I enjoy the beach, outdoor nature and gardening. Orchids are my favorite.
My name is Sara Almanzar, I was born in Dominican Republic and graduated from La Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra with a degree in Dentistry. I am married and have 3 beautiful girls. We moved to Florida in 2001 and I started working at NN Dentistry as a dental assistant.
Of Italian decent, born and raised in Staten Island, NY, I moved to Florida in 1999. I worked as a dental hygienist with a focus on periodontal care for over 30 years. I then decided to make a career change within dentistry to serving our patients' needs, in an administrative position. I help take care of our patients' financial and insurance needs, as well as coordinate the operation of our boutique dental practice.
My family moved to Broward County in 1966. Growing up in sunny south Florida, it's no surprise I love the outdoors! Hiking and being out with nature is my idea of vacation. Gardening is my local hobby.
I graduated from Palm Beach State College of Dental Hygiene and have been licensed and working in Broward since 1982. My experience in periodontal, prosthodontic, as well as cosmetic dental practices has nutured my ability to be detail oriented.My goal is to provide quality care with gentle hands. I look forward to helping you maintain a healthy smile!

I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. Nadine Nicolas dentist office is the most professional outstanding dentist office that I've ever been too. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist to the doctor herself, I left feeling that my teeth were in the best condition.. They have never looked whiter and brighter. My 2 daughter's went too!! thank you so much Dr. Nicolas for bringing my confidence back when I smile!

The Best Dentist I have ever been to. Dr. N. Nicolas is Amazing. Her work is impeccable and has hands of Gold. The Office is immaculate. The staff is beyond wonderful. Highly Recommend if you want your teeth and dental health to be flawless.

My family and I have been going to Dr Nicholas for around 16 years and we just love it. I think by now we are just one big family. Ellen is amazing, my kids loves her. The Delaney's has no complains. Very clean and family like environment.

I have been going to Dr Nadine for years. Today, after delaying the inevitable cleaning, I went for the first time since February. I was pleased with the careful process they have enacted, for our own safety and of the team there. Kudos and glad to see a local biz working towards the community and their long time patients.

Dr. Nicolas has been our dentist for many years and we could not be happier with her and the entire staff-- phenomenal! The first impression upon walking in was so welcoming and warm. Ellen is absolutely amazing and her organizational skills second to none. We lived less than five miles away when we started going to Dr. Nicolas and although we moved over 200 miles away-- we STILL go to Dr. Nicolas! The trip is well worth it and our dental health has never been better. You can count on this office to be upfront, honest and fair. We trust her treatment plans and have full confidence in the ability of everyone on staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nicolas and her staff have shown me how a dental patient should be treated. My own uncle is an oral surgeon and I feel better with Dr. Nicholas! Shhhh! Dr. Nicolas is a perfectionist when it comes to both her work and bedside manner. Bar none! Hands down a dentist deserving of the highest awards for excellence. She is soft spoken, extremely thorough when explaining the work that needs to be done and she never does work that is unnecessary. Which is hard to find in dentists these days. I actually asked her to address some issues with white fillings I have and she told me they are fine for now and won't work on a tooth unless it is at risk of becoming a problem. One case at a time. Dr. Nocolas's Staff is literally the backbone to her practice. Ellen up front gives personal attention to your needs and finds time for you when there isn't time. Ellen sent me a very thoughtful card when I was going through a tough time in my personal life. She is so caring. I simply adore her. Dr. Nicolas's assistants and hygienists are amazing. They are gentle and thorough. They all have amazing personalities. The entire experience of being a patient of Dr. Nadine's has been nothing less then a true blessing. I've had some negative experiences. And now I have the best. Thank you Dr. Nicolas and Staff!
