Dr. Nadine B. Nicolas received her bachelor's degree from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and her D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, in 1996. Throughout her education, Dr. Nicolas was on the Dean's Honor List and received merit scholarships from Tufts. She has earned multiple awards for excellence in dentistry.
Dr. Nicolas is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. The prestigious AGD Fellowship Award is one of the most recognizable designations within the dental profession. It symbolizes excellence in dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Dr. Nicolas is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Florida Dental Association. She engages in further education and training through membership with a local chapter of World renown Spear Education and Clinician's Report.
Dr. Nicolas and her husband, Dr. George Nicolas, have four children: Lea, Corinne, Rene and Christian. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, gourmet cooking, and traveling. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

My name is Sara Almanzar, I was born in Dominican Republic and graduated from La Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra with a degree in Dentistry. I am married and have 3 beautiful girls. We moved to Florida in 2001 and I started working at NN Dentistry as a dental assistant.
Of Italian decent, born and raised in Staten Island, NY, I moved to Florida in 1999. I worked as a dental hygienist with a focus on periodontal care for over 30 years. I then decided to make a career change within dentistry to serving our patients' needs, in an administrative position. I help take care of our patients' financial and insurance needs, as well as coordinate the operation of our boutique dental practice.
My family moved to Broward County in 1966. Growing up in sunny south Florida, it's no surprise I love the outdoors! Hiking and being out with nature is my idea of vacation. Gardening is my local hobby.
I graduated from Palm Beach State College of Dental Hygiene and have been licensed and working in Broward since 1982. My experience in periodontal, prosthodontic, as well as cosmetic dental practices has nutured my ability to be detail oriented.My goal is to provide quality care with gentle hands. I look forward to helping you maintain a healthy smile!
