If I can give a 0 rating, I would. Most awful, unprofessional and terrible place. They overbook, discuss other patients right in front of you and don't even know how to treat their patients. Always a runaround story. I got a root canal done two years ago and thought everything was fine. I kept getting infections and Dr Kaur didn't say anything. I decided to switch to another dentist. They did my X-rays and turns out, Dr Rahul (back when he was working there) did it incorrectly and I have to now get it re done!! Do. Not. Go. There. Ugh.

Been here for many years for biannual cleaning and check-up. They are usually very good with their cleanings, being very thorough and whatnot. This time around Dr. Sarah (first time being treated by her) just barely cleans my teeth and says I would need a "deep cleaning" to do further. Keep in mind for years I've been coming here for regular cleanings which Dr. Mirza and his colleagues have done a fantastic job with. I've never been offered this option before nor told I need it. It's clear this Sarah just wanted to bill for a more expensive procedure. Would absolutely not recommend any be seen by this provider. In spite of having come here for a long time, will likely not come back.

Been going here for years, they are the best. Very upfront and honesty. Also very professional . Won't ever try to up sell you on unnecessary procedures like other dentist do.

I hate writing bad reviews but this place deserves one. Don't mean to put their business down but I want other people to know my experience. The guy asked me to leave a review so here I am.... I went in for an appointment with Dr. Sarah Qazi due to severe pain in my wisdom tooth and the assistant took my X-rays. Dr. Sarah came in and did not even take a look at my teeth. She went straight to the screen and said I need a tooth extraction. She asked me if I wanted to get it done right then and there. Obviously I was not ready for it. She booked me an appointment and said "thanks for coming", I left without any pre-procedure instructions and preparation tips. Absolutely unprofessional and an unethical experience with DR. Sarah qazi. I came to my wisdom tooth extraction appointment with no knowledge of anything and the doctor there seemed like I was supposed to know the whole procedure. I sat down and started having anxiety and they did not offer me laughing gas or general anesthesia which I doubt they had either one.(they did give me the shots to numb the area) It's day 4 now after my extraction and I'm still bleeding with barely any healing. They did not offer me any antibiotics, a post extraction mouthwash or a saline rinse with a syringe (which most places do BTW). All they prescribed was damn ibuprofen. Overall worst experience and never going back there again.

i had the worst experience ever. Had to get a tooth pulled and while he was pulling my tooth out i was sitting up, felt like my Jaw was getting dislocated, also I have some tooth still in the hole where he pulled out, I have some tingling on my right side of my face and I'm still in pain. I had the tooth pulled on Wednesday 24 and it now the 28th. I will be looking for another dentist to go to.

PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM DR SARAH QAZI. ABSOLUTE WORSE. DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING OR HOW TO TREAT HER PATIENTS!!!!! The service today was absolutely horrible. I was in the office and continued to be asked the same questions and everytime I responded no. I dont want an exam. No I don't want x rays. I just want my teeth cleaned. The Dr proceeded to telling me that this cleaning wasn't free I explained to her I did my research before I got here and spoke with the insurance company myself and they gave me all info. I then proceeded with can we please continue with just my cleaning as I need to get out of here. She become Agitated and said " yes let hurry up and get you out of here as I don't want you here anyway" how are you a Dr talking to patients this way. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dentist office.

ZERO STARS. MY SON TOOK OFF OF WORK TO GET TEMPS PUT IN His MOUTH AND WAS TOLD THE DENTIST WHO WAS THERE WONT DO THIS. HE DID STATE THIS WHEN I MADE MY APPT. WENT BACK AS HE WAS TOLD AND DENTIST WOULD NOT PUT. TEMPS IN BECAUSE THEY LOST HIS MOLD. NOW HE HAS NO FRONT TEETH. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN. DR MIRZA WAS THERE. THE NEW DENTIST IS VERY INEXPERIENCED AND CAUSED GREAT PAIN TO MY SON. GAL ON THE PHONE VERY DIS RESPECTFUL. DR MIRZA DOES NOT WORK THERE ANYMORE. DON'T GO TO VILLA PARK LOCATION UNLESS DR MIRZA DOES THE WORK. PLUS THEY RIPPED OFF MY SON WITH THE PRICE OF A SIMPLE BRIDGE $4,000! FOR AN AMATEUR DENTIST. SHES NOT EXPERIENCED AT ALL. THAT DENTIST ALSO LIED AND SAID 'CORPORATE' MAKES UP THE PRICES. THERE IS NO CORPORATE OFFICE. SHE MADE UP THE PRICE HERSELF TO PUT IN HER POCKET. I HAD DR MIRZA DO A FULL UPPER PARTIAL ON ME FOR $900 TOTAL INCLUDING ALL WORK DONE AND THE PARTIAL ITSELF. MY SON WENT THERE. BECAUSE OUR ENTIRE FAMILY HAS BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. BUT THATS WHEN DR MIRZA WAS THERE DOING THE WORK. UNFORTUNATELY, SINCE HES NOT PRACTICING ANYMORE THE DENTIST THERE IS HORRIBLE TO HER PATIENTS. I CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY LIED TO US ALSO. WEBSITE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 8 P.M. THEY LIED AND SAID THEY CLOSE AT 5. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS. ELSEWHERE. DOWNERS GROVE HAS A FANTASTIC DENTAL SCHOOL. Careless Doctors give substandard exams, miss glaring cavities and cause extractions. They incorrectly placed a crown over a molar with a cavity. Now the crown has to come off to fill the cavity and my insurance won't cover the new crown. This office's incompetence cost me $$ and teeth.

My first impression was that its a Very clean and professional place. My first wisdom tooth extraction was very nervous but dental hygenist made me feel so comfortable. I was called quickly for xrays and then Dr. Mirza pulled my wisdom tooth out in 5 minutes. He Made sure i was numbed enough to not feel anything. & i certainly didnt! I was shocked! Will definitely be coming back for any future work!

I have had horrible experiences in the past with other dentists however Dr. Muzaffar was AMAZING when I had a cracked wisdom tooth that was so painful. Polite, took his time with me while at the same time getting the job done extremely quick. Best part was it was soooo cheap! I walked out of there and immediately had relief. It healed up quickly and I had no pain or discomfort at all after my visit! Highly recommend.

There OK but the Crown's didn't seem strong enough so when they cracked my insurance wouldn't cover new ones and I had an abscess that they would not drain and it ended up exploding which I felt that was unprofessional

The doctor he has always been great. However, the "office manager" is the most rude, untrained, pathetic excuse for an example of customer service and a disgrace to this establishment. Im shocked by the attitude she is allowed to work with in this place. As for the other girls up front, none of them have any idea what they are doing. There is always some kind of insurance problem, appointment problem, extended wait time, hidden cost, it is ALWAYS something... such as shame.

This place is awful the doctors always rush and have no communication at all. You will get a different story from the dentist and receptionist every time you talk to someone. The girls at the front desk are dumb, rude, and unhelpful. Every time I've called for a procedure I've gotten a different story, put on hold and hung up on. All for a simple crown. I hate seeing people working in this field when they just become numb and don't want to help someone. Disgusted by the staff at this place. I've also brought my 2 children here once for a cleaning both with back to back appointments and we were there for 3 hours waiting because the cleaning they did only took 2 minutes.
