She received her doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Maryland in 1992. After graduation, she practiced in Washington DC and Maryland for four years. Dr. Vessali established her own private practice in Herndon, Virginia in 1996. She is actively involved in school and community services, where she provides volunteer dental treatments.
