Dr. Waroich & Staff are warm, helpful, & attentive to all my dental needs. The office is up to date with COVID 19 precautions. I like that they take infection control seriously. Better than any office I've been to. I like that she has an air filter system throughout.

Been going to Dr. Waroich and staff for years. I have a finicky work schedule so I appreciate that they go out of their way to accommodate me. I was apprehensive to try zoom whitening because I have an irrational fear of fluorescent teeth, but my results were nothing short of perfect!

A fantastic dentist and really kind person. Dr. W takes really good care of my teeth and as a nurse myself, I like that she emphasizes preventative care to save me from dental problems down the line. She even got me to start flossing regularly, which I can admit was quite the feat. I would always forget until she finally got me to try a new flosser. I especially appreciate that she never tries to do unnecessary invasive work, explains everything to me well, and answers all my questions. She was able to fit me in when I had a dental emergency before an important event which was a lifesaver.

A fantastic dentist and really kind person. Dr. W takes really good care of my teeth and as a nurse myself, I like that she emphasizes preventative care to save me from dental problems down the line. Over the last Two years I was patient enough to give the benefit of the doubt to my previous dentist provider. The office of Dr. M. J. Waroich, D.D.S. (202)296-8020 is the WORST EVER!!!. The recepcionist Ms. Ruth is Awful. Has a mean demeanor and ALWAYS gave me the feeling she never submitted to the insurance claims on a timely manner. Afterwards if AETNA (and/or Blue Cross Blue Shields/Metlife coverage from my Husband's insurance) "denied" the payment she would then bombarded me with phone calls to get additional money from my pocket. I could tell you soo many headaches this office gave me, but I would just mention the most important ones. The crowns I needed to have fell TWO consecutive times while I happen to be during my vacation time. Needles to say this had a negative impact in my ability to relax ruining my time away. After, I came back they constantly harassed me for payment to replace the crowns they wrongly worked on. The waste of time and money (total amounts ran above -at least- the $4,000.00 dollars!!. Not to mention I have almost ran out of sick leave hours for this past FY. In summary the past nightmare experience with the office of Dr. Waroich made me value even more the new dental clinic I have changed. Canton Dental Services. Even though I work in the heart of DC and I live in Silver Spring, I do not mind traveling all the way to Baltimore to get the service anyone deserve. The contrast in facilities, staff and PROFESSIONALISM I have received within only two appointments at Canton Dental Services is the BEST decision I have made.

Dr Waroich is a life saver, I had cracked my tooth and part of an old filling,, she and her staff spend time to save my tooth from a root canal with a temp crown and I will have a permanent crown in 2 weeks. If you need dental work, Dr. Waroich is a must!

My experiences with Dr. MJ Waroich have been wonderful. I initially came to her practice to get a second opinion after another (rather abrasive) dentist, who gave me a very sleazy used-car-salesman vibe, tried to upsell me on unnecessary procedures. Dr. Waroich, by contrast, was contagiously pleasant, considerate, and honest. She examined my teeth with care, explaining in detail anything that she felt was of particular note. After forwarding over X-rays taken at my previous dentist's office, Dr. Waroich offered to review them over the telephone with me and to provide a complimentary in-person oral consultation. I really cannot stress enough how exceedingly considerate and professional Dr. Waroich was in our encounters. I would give her more than five stars if I could. And I must also put in a good word about her office staff: they are amazing! The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and made everything as easy for me as possible, going to great lengths to not only make me feel welcome but also to make sure that everything done at the office would be covered by insurance. Seriously, this is the dental practice you want.
