I have been going to Dr.Minish Patel for almost 10 years now. I've always had an extreme phobia of dentist and am so happy I found Dr.Patel. He is always so patient with me, makes me feel comfortable, takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions. I moved over an hour away from his office and will still continue seeing him because it's worth the drive!

Something is wrong with their phone system that it's incredibly hard to hear the receptionist and the recorded greeting. I had an appointment with Dr. Patel in Columbus for an oral appliance therapy fitting, but didn't receive an appointment reminder and I lost the address he's supposedly at. There's no record anywhere for scheduling in Columbus on Fridays and because this office closes at Noon on Fridays I couldn't get any help to avoid missing my appointment.

I had worst experience there pull tooth it got infected I had go er the pain was down in my neck clear to bone I had pain shot I call them 5time to help he didn't call be back until I had go dr again for med still infected got thrush on top all of that I call dental broad I file a report on him I had 3hip surgery he told me I didn't need med. for to do my if that infected hot in my hip I could die THE DENTAL BROAD IS COMING IN THERE SOON

I have nothing good to say about the customer service provided by this establishment. My grandfather, a patient of Dr. Patel, passed away in November, and even though I already informed the office of his death, we continued to receive his appointment reminders in the mail. This made me and my entire family very upset to continue to receive reminders that he was gone. When I called the office to complain, I received nothing but excuses on how the staff was new and still learning. Talk about unprofessional and rude. The woman I spoke with showed no compassion for my loss and no accountability for her staff's errors. Does good customer service even exist anymore? Why can't there be an option for zero stars? Because this place doesn't even deserve one in my opinion.

Im a 32 yr old who is terrified of the dentist. Im crying before they start and cry usually all the way through. Dr Patel patiently talked to me and let me tell him why im terrified. He had empathy and compassion. His whole staff thinks and speaks so highly of him and I can definitely tell why. He talked me out of pulling my tooth and giving him a chance with a root canal. I went back in the following week and did the procedure. I only cried 1 time when he shot me up to numb my mouth. He made me feel so calm and comfortable and took his time. He kept stopping and checking on me and explaining everything he was doing. I ended up switching the whole family over to him. I never thought I would find a dentist that cared about my anxiety. His whole staff including Dr Patel made my dentist appointment the most relaxed i have ever been in a dentist chair. Highly recommend!!!!! Thanks for being patient with me!! This visit has changed my mind and eased so much anxiety with the dentist.

Love love love this place!! They make u feel so comfortable and there's no pain! Also very well trained staff! Will always reccomend
