Beba, Dr. Milt's wife, is the office manager here at Smile Creations. She is fluent in both English and Serbian, breaking the language barrier that we would otherwise have with many of our patients. One of her favorite pastimes is being with her husband and two children. She alsoloves hiking andjust recently gained a passionate interest in hot yoga! Beba is a very outgoing person who loves to socialize with the patients and really make them feel at home. She is a very large reason why we have such loyal patients here. Not very many office managers make it a point to be interactive with the patients; she is someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of others and is very selfless, putting others' needs before her own. She is a very important part of this company and the values we all hold to.
Rosa works as the office receptionist, and has been at this office for 6 years! She has been working in the dental industry for over 20 years and truly loves what she does. She is the friendly voice on the other side of the phone who handles scheduling, payments, insurance, and so much more. She loves meeting new people and serving others, making sure everybody that comes in feels welcome and leaves happy. She is the go-to lady when anybody has a question about how something works here. She has been happily married for 35 years and has two grown children who live outside of Arizona. She and her husband have a Malaccan Cockatoo that is 16 years old. She dreams of one day working with a bird rescue, as she is a passionate advocate against the mistreatment of animals.
Courtney isAileen's assistant and alsohelps with thefront/back office. She has beenwith usfor about two years now. She is interested in one day becoming a nurse or veterinary technician, as she has a passion for the lives of the unborn and all types of animals. She currently has two cats and one dog. She used to work in her neighborhood catching and taming hundreds offeral cats and finding them all loving homes. She enjoystraveling, she mostly goes back and forth to her hometown in California where she grew up and where her family still resides. In her spare time, she enjoys running, swimming, hiking, running, and exercising in general.
Dr. Milutin Drakulovic(otherwise known as Dr.Milt), is a scholar of today's top notch dentistry. He attended theUniversity of Windsor to complete hisundergraduate degreeinbiology and continued at the University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated with a Doctorate in Dental Surgeryin 1994. After practicing for 16 years there, he movedto Arizona in 2009 as a meanstorelocate his family out of the cold winters of Michigan. He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Arizona Dental Association, and Central Arizona Dental Society.
Dr. Milt's family immigrated from former Yugoslavia to Canada in 1973. He grew up in Windsor, Ontario, with his three siblings. He isbilingual, speakingboth Serbian and English fluently. He hasbeen married for 16 years to his wife Beba.Together theyhavetwo children: Simona, 11 and Alex, 9.Outside offamily activities, Dr. Milt enjoys golfing, tennis, and mountain biking through the desert and hiking. He loves to support the local surrounding communities that he lives by: Anthem, CaveCreek, Desert Hills,Happy Valley, Scottsdale,and many others.His impeccable bedside manner and ability to make the patient feel at ease is just the beginning of a patient's top notch experience once they walk through the doors of Smile Creations.
