Dr. Openko was born in Kiev, Ukraine. She studied civil engineering before attending the University of Pittsburgh and earning her DMD degree in 2000. She graduated with an award in restorative dentistry and has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and BOTOX. Dr. Openko never stops learningshe takes continuing education courses all the time. She has been practicing dentistry in Brownsville since March of 2004, and opened a second office in Murray in 2015. She thoroughly enjoys taking care of the people in our area. Her goal as a dentist is to improve the quality of life for her patients and create close relationships with them.
Dr. Openko and her husband, George, were married in 1990. George is the senior project manager at W G Tomko. They have two children: Dominick (18) is a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh, and Andrew (13) is attending the 8th grade. Dr. Openko loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Dr. Openko, and her staff ( Laura and Kirsten) are absolutely wonderful! They provide outstanding dental care in a highly professional and efficient manner but are very caring and friendly. I have had a number of recent dental issues requiring quick care and Dr. Openko has always been very accommodating always finding a way to fit me into her very busy schedule. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Openko and her staff to provide my dental care.

I've always hated the dentist, only because of my previous dentist. I found Dr. Openko on my insurance website and have her a try. I LOVE HER AND ALL THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE!!! They were all so nice and welcoming and I wasn't nervous going in. I don't hate the dentist anymore! I would recommend her to everybody!

I love Dr. Openko. She is so sweet and a great dentist. I have been going to her for a year and a half now and she makes going to the dentist easy and enjoyable. Everyone working in the office is so nice too. I called yesterday seeing if I could get an earlier appointment and they promptly called me back even though they couldn't get me an earlier appointment. I highly recommend this office though. It's just a good experience every time and I have no complaints.

Dr Openko is excellent. She is kind and efficient. She and her hygienist are very gentle with cleanings and fillings. The office is clean and I am always put at ease when I visit. I highly recommend this practice.
