Shel Ivers has been in the practice of dentistry since 1961. He started his career in the public health service first in Nome, Alaska and then inBrowning, Montana. While in Browning he developed a love for Montana and decided to make his home and practice in Great Falls. Since then he has been helping patients achieve beautiful natural smiles in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Michelle Nieset has been in the practice of dentistry since 2008. Michelle was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Michelle graduated from Xavier College preparatory and attended Gonzaga University, earning a BS in Biology with a minor in religious studies in only three years.

After graduating from university, Michelle volunteered with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps for one year, serving as a case manager and care giver for adults with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other mental and physical disabilities. During this year of service to others she discovered the connection between oral health and the overall health of an individual, leading her to pursue a career in Dentistry.

Michelle attended Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE graduating in 2008. She was commissioned into the US Air Force and requested to be stationed at Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, MT. After 4 years of active duty service, Dr. Nieset separated from the USAF and decided to make Great Falls her permanent home. Dr. Nieset joined in practice with Dr. Ivers in May of 2019 and is looking forward to years of working with him and his team.

Kristi Riggin is a dental hygienist and has worked in our office since 2003. Kristi graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at MSU COT in 2005 and before that had completed the Dental Assisting program also at MSU COT. Besides dental hygiene, Kristi loves working with patients and enjoys helping out in other areas of the office too. Kristi was born and raised in Havre and made Great Falls her home in 2002. She is married to Jeromy and the mother to two children.

Rita Staley is a dental hygienist and has been working in our office since 2013. Rita was born and raised in Great Falls. She graduated with a BS degree in Dental Hygiene from Carroll College in 1984. Rita uses her experience to provide our patients with optimal care. She is married to Ron, a machinist, and they have four, four legged kids, three cats and one dog.

Katie Baum is a dental hygienist and has been working in our office since 2015. Katie graduated from MSU COT with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2015. Katie has loved getting to know all of the patients at the practice and to help them with all of their dental hygiene needs. Katie was raised nearby on a farm in Highwood. In 2017 Katie married Ben who also farms in Highwood.
