Dr Alex Ko did an emergency cleaning on me and did a great job! I was out of pain almost immediately. The staff is great and the dentists really care for your dental health! Don't hesitate to call and make an appointment.

I'm very impressed with Alex Ko. He is always patient and willing to answer any type of dental questions I have and he makes sense in his explanations. The whole office is so nice from the lady at front counter to hygienist to dentist.

Dr. Michelle Ko is an outstanding periodontal surgeon. Highly experienced , very polite and exact , she exceeded all my expectations. Graft tissue surgery sounded to me too scary and painful. In fact it turned out to be like any other dental work because of Dr Ko's Golden hands.

I have needed gum grafting for years but had heard so many horrible stories of the surgery and recovery being very difficult and grafts that "did not take" and surgeries that had to be redone. One of these stories was a family member who had a very botched gum grafting procedure years ago. So I just suffered and got used to the sensitivity to hot and cold and brushing. However, my last set of X-rays at the dentist revealed bone loss because of the recession. My family member had recently researched periodontists in our area to have her surgery repeated. She picked Dr. Michelle Ko after a consultation with her and her experience and result was completely different. She had a great outcome. So I felt very comfortable scheduling my two surgeries, the first for 5 teeth in the upper right quadrant, and the second for 6 teeth in the upper left quadrant. I was expecting very difficult recoveries with each surgery because of the number of teeth that needed grafting each time, but recovered and healed really well. Dr. Ko is very skilled at her art and has excellent people and communication skills. She has a very calming presence which helped me make the decision to finally go ahead with these surgeries as well as helping me to calm my anxiety when I was in the chair before each surgery. I would only ever go to Dr. Ko in the future. I recommend her very highly. Monica

Very welcoming and everything I had done went perfectly! Awesome staff and efficient. Obviously, as I'm sure for a lot of people, not a huge fan of getting things done with teeth but they made the experience excellent!

Dr. Michelle Ko did grafting on my front bottom teeth and the results are great. I had adult braces along with variable flossing habits leading to recession. Her office is amazing, all of the assistants/staff are super kind. The surgical process and recovery went as well as possible and the post op instructions are easy to follow. My partner is a dentist and he looked at my surgical sites throughout the process and was impressed! I totally recommended them!

I received two rounds of gum grafts here after being referred by my dentist, and could not have had a better experience. Dr. Ko made the entire process easy to understand, gave detailed aftercare instructions, and called to check in on my healing progress afterwards. The office is probably the most efficient and communicative medical or dental office I have ever been to, which is a huge plus. Their office staff provided excellent insurance coverage breakdowns before the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommend.

I needed a emergency wisdom tooth extraction and this being my first tooth extraction I was so nervous. GOING HERE WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! The whole team is amazing- from Marley the financial coordinator to the dental assistants and the one and only Dr. Michelle Ko!!! True professionals. They took such great care of me and it all went so smoothly!!! I definitely recommend this office and team. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.

Dr. Ko is a professional dental implant specialist. I did my treatment here and feel satisfied with doctor surgery and the clinic service. The best two parts I like are the artificial tooth root with life warranty card and Dr. Ko. follow up my treatment by schedule. It did amplify my trust to this doctor, to this clinic. Update one more comment, when my general dentist put crown in my implant, he mentioned the root is put aligned which is not usually happened. He appreciates Dr. Michelle's high technique and careful on my implant root. 5 Stars!

Dr. Michelle is great to work with. Her team is also very supportive and helpful. I had my old baby tooth taken out here and needs to do implant. The surgery for pulling out the tooth went pretty fast and my healing is good too. I love that they have such great patience explaining everything to me.

I was in great pain when I came to Dr. Michelle Ko's dental clinic in Bellevue at 7:00 am on a Friday morning. I had a tooth fracture and infection. I could not figure out which tooth on my upper right caused the pain. My gum line on the upper right was swollen and huge in size. Within 10 minutes, Dr. Ko determined it was the third one from the back and proved the finding with X-ray. After the tooth extraction and bone graft, I already felt better. Dr. Ko also cleaned the gum line infection gently. She was very skillful in doing the stitches and advised me how to take care of the cut for the next two weeks. Overall, the oral surgery was done in a highly professional manner. I would strongly recommend Dr. Ko to anybody who needs dental care for tooth fracture, implant or for any periodontal disease. Dr. Ko is very knowledgeable and friendly. She did my gum surgery gently and perfectly. The gum tissues recovered well after two weeks. I strongly recommend Dr Ko for periodontal issues.
