Prevention and Oral Health Maintenance At our office, we believe preventative dental care and maintenance is vital to your dental health. Through regular scheduled exams we check the overall health of your teeth and gums, perform oral cancer screenings, and perform x-rays to detect problems before they worsen. Routine dental cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments help prevent cavities and dental disease. We review your medical history to assess your overall health and identify any illnesses that may have an impact on your dental health.

CEREC 3D uses CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing) technology, incorporating a camera, a computer, and milling machine in one instrument. First, your damaged tooth is prepared with a thin layer of reflective powder applied directly on the tooths surface. With a special camera, the dentist takes an optical impression of the damaged tooth, which is transferred to the computer and displayed on a color screen.
Your doctor will use CAD technology to design the restoration. Then, the CAM takes over and automatically creates the restoration. Using a high-speed diamond bur and a disk, the CAM mills the restoration out of a solid block of ceramic material. Once completed, the dentist will bond the new restoration to the surface of the old tooth. The whole process takes approximately one hour.

I broke a tooth on a Friday afternoon and needed an appointment on the fly. Dr. Woolbert and his staff were so kind and quick to get me in. I was extremely happy with my experience and Dr. Woolbert explained each step he was taking along the way to fix my issue. The staff is top notch and the office is well maintained!

I called for a new patient emergency crown and they were able to get me in right away. The entire staff were very friendly, the office is very neat and clean, and Dr. Woolbert was fantastic. Very professional and personable. They were able to do the crown and the permanent all at once due to the machine that they have. Hi tech instruments and fantastic care. I returned the following week for my cleaning and exam. No long wait times, in and out, and top-notch service.

We had to call the emergency line today due to my Husband being in the worst pain I have ever seen him in. We tried everything at home with no relief. Worried he had an abscess or something equivalent, we called Dr. Woolbert on a Saturday. He was so kind and set a time to see my Husband this afternoon. This was my second time using Dr. Woolberts dental office. I think hygienist (Rebecca) is marvelous! She was extremely attentive to my gum sensitivity and I did not get a nerve "zing" once! I loved the Mojito flavored cleaner. Office manager (Victoria) is sweet and ordered me a new electronic Sonic toothbrush and explained costs not covered by dental insurance. The first time in my life I can actually say I enjoyed going to the dentist!
