I made a consult with Dr. Rowe and left before being seen, because I was appalled by the smell, uncleanliness, and complete lack of social distancing going on in this office. At least 15 people were crammed into a tiny waiting area when I arrived. They were running 20+ minutes behind schedule. The front desk staff was cold and unfriendly. Nothing about this place seemed professional. I dislike leaving bad reviews, but maybe this will help someone like me save their time.

Dr. Rowe fixed my daughter's teeth, one of the very best I have the chance to meet with, caring, superb orthodontist, does not cut corners, reminds me of a medical school professor, highly intelligent and culturally very sensitive. It was a pleasure

i really appreciate this office very convenient for me. Dr. Rowe also a very humble sweet person. The assistant always very nice and helpful. As painful as my braces may be they have definitely help me make things a lot better.

My daughter had braces to prep for jaw surgery. Dr.Rowe was experienced and worked with the surgeon throughout the process and is an expert in his field. Everyone in the office is great and they have very flexible hours to accommodate everyone. Highly recommend!

Dr Rowe himself seems very knowledgeable; however, we had a horrible experience the other day with his tech: My daughter got her braces and palate expander in, and when the technician was explaining how to turn the key to me, she said to turn it 28 times a NIGHT!( I stopped after 4 last night, because she was screaming ...) Now my daughter is still in excruciating pain and his office doesn't open until 2, and today he's on the other side of the bay!

Sigmund Freud said, "love and work, work and love, that's all there is". Dr. Rowe orchestrates a symphony of these two ideas and the result is a metaphorical Argentine tango that embodies the idea that these two things can synchronize. During my time under the care of Dr. Michael Rowe and his team, I have not only come to appreciate the results which I receive; but the sincere personal interest and gratification that exists to treat me, as if I am his solitary patient. This comes from someone who spends all their time, working at some capacity with physicians; and I can say from experience, it is not a reality in today's time; to find a doctor like this. If you're looking for a recommendation that you will be treated like a priority, get results, maneuver your care through the realistic schedule conflicts; in day to day life, be given individual attention, listened to, and maybe even loved, a little. Then this is the only one.

The place is always busy. But they get you in and out quick. They do a great job, and have crazy convenient hours.
