Dr. M was raised in Southern California (notice the surf theme in the office?) but has been creating beautiful, healthy smiles in Flagstaff for over 30 years. Hes also a Board Certified Orthodontist which means he has achieved the highest level of certification available.
Dr. Jake Spendlove has been creating beautiful smiles in Flagstaff since 2013. Having orthodontic treatment when he was in his teens had a big impact and, ultimately, led to his decision to be an orthodontist. Providing that same, boost in confidence for patients is his passion.

I had such a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office! I came in to have my TMJ issues taken care of- which was successfully done. The office was organized and consisted of a very friendly staff. In particular the technician, Sydney was such an impressive part of my entire experience. She communicated clearly, kept a fun attitude and was very attentive to ensure the least amount of discomfort for all procedures. I am so grateful I was able to work with this office, Dr. Spendlove and especially Sydney!

We had all our children treated with Jake. Jake puts great detail into his work. My kids enjoyed their visits with him and were never afraid to go to. All around amazing experiences.

Dr Spendlove is very professional and has excellent chair side manners. The specialized technique and brackets he uses gave my son and daughter amazing results in a shorter time than other orthodontists offered. Great experience!!

We have enjoyed our ortho experience 3 children have gone through braces. Dr.M and Dr. Spendlove were outstanding to work with. All the staff made each visit fun and painless as possible my kids enjoyed every check up! The results are fabulous as well. Highly recommend.

WOW! Dr. Spendlove has been such an amazing person and doc throughout my whole treatment. I initially began with him while he was at Ortho Inc. but during my treatment left the practice. I tried to continue with them but unfortunately it didnt work out for me. I did a consult with him here and decided to stop treatment at the previous office and continue with him here. its been 3yrs total with braces at both offices and totally would do it again (hopefully not lol) with Dr. Spendlove! the techs were amazing especially Calandra, never a dull moment with her. She treated me so well and always left me smiling. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Dr M and his team are amazing!! All 3 of my siblings and I had gone when we were younger! Got my braces off freshman year of high school and then going back and refitting my retainer he other day was an awesome appointment! They still make you feel like family, even after all these years, now 25! Clearly him and his crew's work speaks for itself!

Amazing practice, so happy to have found Dr. McLaughlin. We are out of state and my son goes to school in Flagstaff. What two long ortho treatments with others practices couldn't fix, Dr. McLaugh was able to correct in one visit. He went above and beyond with making my son comfortable and even polished his teeth and bonded his front teeth. Everyone I spoke to from this office (Rebecca and Joanna) were very kind and professional, and took the time to explain everything about the treatment and my son's appointment. Flagstaff is lucky to have such practice and professionals.
