I am disappointed. The office has opened a new location and all of a sudden I have had scheduling issues. My daughter was set at a specific date and time and days before the appointment the time is different. This happen twice and as a working mom it is not easy to get appointments scheduled, so when I schedule 6 months in advance it makes it easier to coordinate around my job . So twice now I have set an appt at a date and time and received a text message reminder with a different time. Hoping the office takes care of this issue. Other than that I love the office and love how quickly they get us in and out and how parents can go with the children in the back. I really don't want to switch offices, so I am hoping this third time it does not happen again. Please have this issue checked.

Two stars is generous. I've always had rude staff, filthy bathroom ,parents were banned from being with their children, the constant push for their ortho, and I always had to take the day off because the wait time would have us sitting for hours. The final straw was the parking lot when another family damaged my van and left note admitting to doing it on purpose.

Excellent service! Front office is very friendly and efficient and the technician was thorough and helpful making both kids feel comfortable. Dr.J was amazing and explained everything about the visit well. Highly recommended this office. The kids love getting a prize at the conclusion of the visit which helps them navigate the process from Start to finish knowing that they get a reward for a job well done!

I was referred by my sister, my niece is a patient. I was told the staff was super nice, so I decided to bring my 4 year old for her first dental visit. She loved it, when we left she said,"they were nice". It was such a great experience I decided to bring in my 2&1/2 year old for her first dental visit. The staff was extremely gentle & patient with her, she was a little scared. I would highly recommend this office, the staff is great!

As a young child, and during my military service years, if I had the choice to see the dentist or cut off a finger, I would not be typing this review. My wife found Dr. Dao and company at Cobbe Dental (NPR office) many years ago. She is delighted and always tells me of what a wonderful experience she encounters when attending appointments for cleanings or work. Recently, I had some tooth pains and reached out to Dr. Dao and his staff. From the beginning, they greeted me warmly and sincerely, and addressed my needs. I had an extraction and it was done virtually with no pain. How wonderful! Due to my previous experiences, even though I brushed every day, my dental situation was far from good. (A previous dental hygienist at another dentist in New Port Richey actually belittled me in front of other customers at my tooth conditions-I never returned there) Cobbe arranged a deep cleaning and we are working now on getting a partial for the missing teeth to allow me to eat and smile again. I am so thankful to the entire staff. They treat me like a human and with respect. I wish I went earlier. I have found the perfect dentist office.

This place is a LEGIT ZOO! I'M CHANGING MY DAUGHTER'S DENTIST FOR SURE THIS PLACE IS OVERBOOKED TAKES OVER AN HOUR. PARENTS LET THEIR KIDS ASK FOR PEOPLE'S CELL PHONE CHARGERS. I'M SORRY BUT THE MILENNIALS GENERATION IS SCREWED! PARENTS NEED TO GO BACK TO THE TRADITIONAL PUNISHMENT ESPECIALLY SPANKING LMAO
