There's a reason it's so hard to get an appointment here. He is the Gold standard of dentistry in AVL. I had a great hygienist for teeth cleaning. Unfortunately they found a cavity and I have to go back. At least I'll be in good hands!

website says they offer after hour dental emergency care and I called an was told they do not? Why even have it on the website then?

Got seen almost immediately.. A reassuring skillful manner and procedure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. BTW: Also cured my lifelong dentist phobia...

They don't take Medicaid or pregnancy Medicaid.. very rude on the phone .. refused help during a emergency situation where my pregnant wife had a abscess tooth DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!!

I have good insurance this is why I decided to come here I also researched their website. So far it has been a good experience the staff is friendly and professional. I have had appointments pretty close together not a lot of wait time.

I had to have emergency dental care. I called on Monday and they got me in on Wednesday. They even called me with 2 other appointments earlier, I was just unable to get there in time! The staff was so nice, I was seen quickly, and the doctor is wonderful. I was in and out for a tooth extraction on 38 minutes. No joke. I was highly impressed and will definitely be continuing care here.

Dr. Saunders is changing my dentist office experience from one of trauma to trust. Y'all, this man is the real deal. The first time I had a procedure in his office (tooth extraction) I was crying from fear. He put me at ease and got the tooth out quickly and painlessly. Just today, he came in to the office to see me even though the office is closed this week. He took care of what I needed with a smile on his face. If I could give him more stars I would.

I have been a patient for several years and both the doctor and staff are all wonderful! I was a referral from another patient and I continue to refer others to their practice. I feel like Dr. Saunders is professional and truly cares about his patients. I had another dentist (who had a nice, shiny new office with lots of equipment to pay for) tell me I needed 6 crowns, but Dr. Saunders let me know this was not the case. I feel like he is honest and upfront with his patients.

Not been to the dentist in a long long time . But this office made me feel pretty good about going back thanks to the staff and dentist very professional and great group from what I met today . Thanks again

I have never met Dr. Saunders, but was in search of a dentist that was open during this pandemic that we are going through because I had a tooth pulled and thought I may have had dry socket. I googled emergency dental and came across Dr. Steve Saunders. The office was closed, but left an emergency number. I called him and he was so kind to me and spent time talking to me about my situation and what I could do to help it until I got in touch with my dentist. He explained that if I could not get in touch with my dentist that he would see me. I was crying and in pain and he put my mind at ease and was very kind. The fact that I was not his patient and considering the situation we are in for him to be so helpful meant so much to me. If I change dentists, I will definitely call him first before anyone.
