Dr. Paul's office is amazing. I've been coming to this office for years. All the staff are great, nice and friendly. I especially love my Dental hygienist Marie! My appointments are always on time, fast and efficient.

Thank you to you and your staff for another excellent appointment. I know that I never need to stress when I am in your competent care. I appreciate your services immensely. The staff is great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist (Dr. Paul, Michael and (Hy Gienest Marie Govannicci) is very nice and informative. They provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental and hygienist needs!

My family and I have been coming here for years. The staff are very friendly. The office feels homely and is always clean. Dr. Paul is very personable. He is always asking the family and their well-being. I highly recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been a patient with Dr. Paul for most of my adult life and his father before him I have just returned home from my annual general check-up and teeth cleaning. Marie G., my "dental hygienist" is very friendly very efficient and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and welcoming with friendly staff. I would highly recommend anyone to use Dr. Michael S. Paul.

The Dr was awesome.He took time to explain the xray and what was happening prior to my exam. He has superior professionalism and bed side manner. I will adjust my insuto continue being treated here. The hygienist was superior and thorough. My teeth have never felt this good after a cleaning. I wish I could upload pictures. The reception was warm and friendly. The workers in the front were very welcoming and well informed about various insurance and coverages. The whole office experience has been outstanding. Easily the best dental experience I've ever had. I literally paid in advance for my next treatment because I am not going anywhere else. Thank you! thank you! thank you!

This place is a disorganized, unprofessional disgrace. After much effort on our part to make an appointment, we finally got one for 5PM today. We were shocked that at 11AM they called and asked if I wanted to come in earlier. As I was at work, my husband said he'd call back with my availability. Once I had gotten out of a meeting and juggled my schedule, he called back close to noon and was not able to get anyone on the phone for about an hour and a half (we assumed they took a long lunch). He told them that I had rearranged things and I would get there at about 3:45 (as I had to drive all the way from Norristown). They said that was fine and whenever I could get there would be good. I left work early and arrived before 3:45 for my 5PM appointment. I got in the chair and they asked if I had xrays, which of course, I did not, because no one told me I needed them for a periodontal cleaning. The assistant told me I would only be getting an evaluation today -which is not why I made the appointment- but ok. Then she said that I needed the xrays for the eval and maybe I should reschedule the appointment. I reminded her that I had just rearranged my whole day, left work early to be there, and that I was not looking to reschedule, and suggested that she call my primary dentist's office to email a copy of my xrays. I told her the name of the office. She then asked me for the number....I Googled it for her and she returned in a minute saying she couldn't get through and had to leave a voicemail again asking me if I wanted to reschedule, I again said that I really didn't want to after the time and effort spent to get there. I picked up my cell in front of her and called my dentist who promptly picked up and agreed to send the xrays right over. The assistant walked out and returned just a couple of minutes later to say they never came and again did I want to reschedule. I again called my dentist who said that they had sent them. The assistant walked out and came back and said, "they're here, but now we are getting ready to do a surgery". I said, but we're still almost and hour before my appointment time, you have the xrays and you're only doing an eval?? She left and sent the receptionist in to tell me that they were going to have to reschedule. The whole thing was a ridiculous, deceptive kerfuffle. I guess after this experience and some of the other reviews I've read, that I should be grateful that the actual dentist never even had the courtesy to greet me or apologize, much less touch my mouth. I will never return here and will discourage anyone looking for treatment to avoid this hack.

My experience was A-one here. I went in with much needed work and dr Paul advised me as to what was best for me and three weeks later I feel more confident in my smile and during the process Dr Paul was available for any adjustments and advise that was needed. Thank you.
