Exceptional dentistry and long-term relationships are my mission in dentistry. I truly enjoy what I do and the chance to get to know patients along the way. Every smile is unique and has an interesting person attached to it. In treating my patients, I keep in mind how I would like someone to treat me.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1997. I have worked in the dental field since 1997 both in myBerryville Officeand Dr Michael S Nelson'sFayettevilleAR Office practices. I served 8 years as a Major in the Air National Guard and enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering at the Echo clinic in Eureka Springs throughout the year. I attend several ADA meetings to keep current with the newest dentistry and education. My staff and I attend several continuing education courses each year to give our patients the utmost quality care.
I am a family guy and enjoy spending time with my three sons, Devin, Reece and Sawyer. I love traveling, attending Razorback games, going to Beaver lake, and just spending time outdoors, whether it be gardening, riding bikes and playing sports with my sons or enjoying the scenery of beautiful NWA.

I do not recommend this office. They told me I would have to pay before they would even touch my teeth. Then proceeded to say I still owed them money. After giving them insurance and paying 150 dollars out of pocket. This dentist office is the worst I had ever dealt with. Good luck if you use them. They got an extra $120.60 from me. If they give me any more problems, I will sue.

Dr. Nelson and his staff are very warm and friendly. The office is really nice and comfortable and Dr. Nelson is a very good dentist with a gentle touch. A great group of professionals andt very caring. Feels like family. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist themselves and their family.

Thank you so much for doing such an awesome job with my teeth and with me. Keep it up and I may lose my fear of going to the dentist. :) If I could give you an extra star I would.
