Originally from Toms River, New Jersey, Dr. Michael P. Marfori knew at an early age that dentistry was in his future. From high school, he was accepted into an intensive seven-year joint college/dental school program. He completed three years of undergraduate studies at Villanova University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He attended dental school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
After graduation from dental school, Dr. Marfori entered a general practice residency at Miami Children's Hospital in Miami, Florida. Working extensively on pediatric cases, Dr. Marfori was greatly inspired to continue his training to become specialized in pediatric dentistry. He then completed a two-year pediatric residency program at the University of Florida.
In 1997, Dr. Marfori opened his pediatric dental practice in Hunter's Creek. Managing a thriving career and a growing family, he completed accredited training and a thorough examination process to attain board certification with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Marfori is pleased to be able to provide dental care and education to children in the Greater Orlando area. He feels truly fortunate to be a part of such a growing and dynamic community. When not in the office, Dr. Marfori enjoys spending his time with his wife, three children, and occasionally his golf clubs!

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We are pleased to offer CareCredit financing to help make treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your child's treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most keeping their smile healthy.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. The estimated patient portion, including deductibles, co-payments, or any service not covered by insurance, must be paid at the time of treatment. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier & PPO.
As a courtesy, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

I highly recommend Dr Marfori and his staff. I've been there for about 20 years, first with my son and now my daughter. The experience is unmatched compared to other dentists we've seen for pediatrics. Dr Marfori himself is the most kind, gentle and experienced dentist. He really takes the time to talk with you and explain things. Both of my kids love him. My son is too old now to be treated there, but he still talks about him and how he wishes he could go back. Everyone else on his staff, from the front desk, to the techs are so friendly and kind and always make it the best experience for us. You won't be sorry you take your kids here!

Best pediatric dentistry ever... My son went in for both a cleaning and a checkup. They made sure not to overwhelm my son remembering that he is very skittish... They did a great job at keeping my son very calm so much so that he allowed them to clean his teeth.. however, when it came time for the checkup, my son at one point did get very scared but the dentist made sure he did what he had to do to complete the checkup without traumatizing my son...

Absolutely amazing dentist and staff. My 13 year old son is autistic and scared of any kind of doctor or dentist. They took their time, made sure he was as comfortable as possible, and did an awesome job cleaning his teeth. My daughter is 5 and she was a little scared as well. they made sure she was comfortable, calmed her down, and cleaned her teeth thoroughly. The following visit my daughter had to have some fillings and a cap and they did amazing with that as well. Hands down the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my children to!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Marfori and his staff. I love that we wait in the car until they are ready for us (we text when we arrive), they always welcome us with kindness and are patient with my young boys. The hygienists are so sweet and calm with them and make sure they are comfortable from the moment they sit down. They get to pick a show, a toothpaste flavor and wear cool sunglasses. Dr. Marfori is gentle and patient with them and always takes time to listen to any questions or concerns I have. Plus my boys love getting a sticker and prize at the end. Very thankful for this practice and worth the drive for us!

If I could give more stars, I would! Dr. Mike and his staff provide what should be the standard in all pediatric dentistry services. Our 3 boys have been patients of Dr. Mike for 19 years! Our youngest just had his final visit as he is now 18 years old. Every single visit was consistently professional and wonderful. My boys actually looked forward to going and never ever felt discomfort or anxiety about dental visits. It is a testament to Dr. Mike to see how well-trained all of his staff are, many who have been there for several years. My boys were always treated with kindness, compassion, patience, and respect. The staff always made sure they felt comfortable and knew exactly what was being done. Dr. Mike would always chat with the boys, investing time with them to foster that relationship between a patient and their dentist. Dr. Mike was informative and professional in all procedures, recommendations, and suggestions that I know have always been in the best interest of my boys. Dr. Mike's nurturing and kind-hearted personality is a model for how his practice is run. His staff has always been just as awesome, every single time.
