Dr. Cheng Immigrated to the Bay Area from Taiwanata young age. Hegraduated from Gunn High School in Palo Alto and recieved his B.A. in Integrated Biology from U.C. Berkeley. He then went on to recieve his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry (NYU).
Dr. Cheng'smission has always been toprovide his patients withthe bestdental care. Therefore, he actively keeps up with the latest advances in dentistry by taking continue education courses throughout the year- including the latest treatment techniques, materials and equipment. Hisoffice is set up with the most up-to-date equipmentallowing him to provide you the qualitydental careyoudeserve.
Dr. Cheng has been practicing dentistry in the Bay Area for manyyears. He has established a friendly and trusting relationship with his patients. His detail-oriented approach to his patients'dental health is also well-known amongst his patients, and one of the major reasons of his success. Dr. Cheng is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Society, and Santa Clara Dental Society.

Terrible! One appointment for 3 hours, it is real to long. Assistant's English can't understand at all. 3 hour treat two teeth, really too long, and exhausted.

Had a fantastic first experience at Dr. Cheng's. Stephanie cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job. Dr. Cheng was very thorough in reviewing my teeth with me in detail. I feel like I have such a better understanding now of my dental issues and I feel like I am in good hands. The office was very organized and efficient as well, no wait time.

I've been going to Dr. Cheng for the past 5 years and I highly recommend him. His dental hygienists are great. They take their time and explain what they are doing and check often to see how your comfort level is during the cleaning. Dr. Cheng is also very thorough in his examination and both he and his staff are courteous and professional. During the pandemic the office has taken precautions to keep not only the patients safe but his staff as well. The day before the visit you are asked to fill out a Covid questionnaire and upon entering the office you have your temperature taken. No more than 2 patients are allowed to wait in the waiting area and you are socially distanced. The dental hygienists wear both a mask and face shield.

My recent visit was as great as always, I can't begin to express how comfortable I feel getting my dental treatments and cleanings with Dr. Michael's office, always nice staff, clean offices, always following the much needed biosafety protocols and even after care has been incredible. Dr. Cheng's is greatest on both technical skill and personality. I have a missing piece of front teeth, have been see other dentist, no one can fix it. Dr. Cheng did fix for me and my teeth looks great now. He also did great for my other teeth filling, spend more time and very fine work, I am 100% satisfy. He is very thorough in reviewing my teeth with me in detail with advanced tech equipment. I have a better understanding of my dental issues. The Hygienists here did great work for clean teeth too. His office is clean and nice.

My experience in Dr. Cheng's office is always pleasant. Their professional manner is welcoming and their treatment thorough. Dr. Cheng always has suggestions on how to take even better care of my teeth and is happy to answer any questions that come up. The best!

I have been with Dr Cheng for over 13 years. Dr Cheng is very professional and very responsible. He cares your health, not just to please customers. Dr Cheng is also very honest. He will do things 100% as he promises. So I highly recommend him to everyone who cares your dental health!

This dentist is neither professional nor honest. I seriouly doubt this dentist's knowledge is enough to handle patients. My wife had a teeth cleaning and her teeth started to hurt since then. We visited him twice and he insists it is because of bad teeth and needed operations to remove those. However, in the end, we found it is purly because of sensitivity of teeth after the cleaning. In another case, my wife phoned him to do teeth fillings. He accepted the work order. When we came to office, we were told he could not fix that day and we needed another appointment. We were appalled to find he went off for lunch then and we were charged $75 for emergency visit which we were not told in advance and he basically did nothing but said a few words. All in all, you basically cannot trust this dentistry morally or professionally.
