I totally DISAGREE with all the negative comments made here about Dr. Blum and his staff. I had my first appointment on September 28, 2021. When I walked into the office I was greeted with a good morning how may I help you with a smile. As I was taken back to see the doctor the nurse asked me on the way how are you doing today? When the doctor came in to examine me he made me feel very calm answered all my questions and I look forward to going back and going over a dental plan for me. Dr. Blum and his staff are very friendly and professional, I look forward to keeping Dr. Blum and his staff as my regular dentist. Thank you again for making my first visit so pleasant.

My son broke his jaw and after lots of insurance BS and over a month of waiting, we were referred to Dr. Blum. I'm not even sure where to start with this review honestly, because I want you to know everything! From the beginning were were treated with compassion, understanding and genuine professionalism. Wendy is a rock star and I truly believe that office might implode if it wasn't for her. Just sitting in the office and listening to her on the phones, shes very personable, she knows her patients and can answer any question they may have. The end of my sons treatment was a little bitter-sweet. We were happy he had healed up and no longer needed to see Dr. Blum, however at the same time I felt like were were leaving a family. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. All the negative reviews seem to be insurance issues that are issues Dr. Blum and his staff can't control. If you expect quality, professional care, then expect processes with insurance companies that they are required to follow.

The worst front desk workers I've ever encountered. I called to see if I can make an emergency appointment for my 92 year old mother, after being referred by her physician. Not only did the rude lady answering the phones hang up on me 3 times, she answered once and I heard her tell another employee "oh it's that lady with the medi-cal again". I can't believe how insensitive and cold hearted a human being can be. This is definitely a form a discrimination. I can only hope the Dr. will read this and properly train his staff, as they are responsible for ruining his reputation.

I had a double jaw surgery on July 12 2019 and he really did a great job... Thanks Dr.Blum and I'm so happy with the results

Dr. Michael Blum is very nice, but the receptionists in the front are so rude. I called them for clarification on why I was getting referred to a "braces specialist" hence I was confused on what exactly I needed before I had oral surgery and they made me feel stupid and had their attitude while responding to me because I didn't know? Can't they just answer my questions nicely and be helpful like any other person would?

Office staff Kimberly accused me of getting agitated, when I only asked for an EMAIL to get expedited with a few attachments. Too much to ask for a professional oral surgeon office REALLY an email and she starts accusation. New patients beware, if you read this review and have to deal with this office staff over insurance matters. BEWARE Dr. Blum you need to read these reviews. This woman is not a proper reflection of your professionalism and doing a disservice to your hard work. An evaluation with a paycut and maybe she will think twice about how she responds to CUSTOMERS. This is a service business and I will never be going back. This office staff just took bread off your dinner table.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out & used Care Credit to cover the cost. That gave us a year without interest, however, if not paid in full they add the interest for that year in & start compounding it. I asked CareCredit, considering our year of on-time payments, if we could get 6 more months & they informed me that it's up to Dr. Blums office to extend it. When I called they flat out said NO. Said they don't ever do that for anyone. My caution is to those who might struggle to pay for their services. They do not care about you & will offer you no assistance with financials. Just be aware when choosing. They care about money only.
