My daughter has been going here for about a year now. We have had good visits every time. She will be in braces for another 2 years. I have no complaints about this place at all. Im even driving almost 2 hours one way to her visits.

This Doctor ruined my teeth. I am now 30 and cannot forget this. I have been so traumatized over this. I have spent so much money over the years trying to correct what he did and I`m about to have to get false teeth. Please don`t take your children here. I have root resorption and gum recession because the braces were left on my teeth 8 years when I only needed them for 3 years. My teeth are loose and have bone loss to. He kept milking me for more money. He also placed a palate expander on the roof of my mouth and I did not need it. It destroyed the roof of my mouth because he placed it in crooked and one side expanded to far and the other side is narrow plus it cut into it and left a knot that permanent. After many surgeries oral surgeons are not able to fix it its still uneven and lopsided. I have spent thousands. I am so upset. My youth has been taken from me being depressed over this so many years.

It has been a long six years with this orthodontist. While his enthusiasm and "knowledge" seem like it is the best option for you or your child, please do not be fooled. He will torture you or your child for his monetary benefit. He has refused to listen to my concerns as well as my daughters. After nearly 8k, my daughter will need further treatment. I have never dealt with such arrogance and being unprofessional. His assistant's has agreed that he is absolutely ridiculous and get our "frustration." Save your children from pain and go elsewhere. I even asked him a month after my daughters braces and appliances were on to remove them. He refused.

Do not go here! Very unprofessional and ill mannered. He would publicly humiliate my child for simple mistakes such as breaking a bracket. He kept my child in braces for way longer than expected and ended up making her teeth worse with his unnecessary appliances.

Dr. Williams is nothing but professional. He takes the time to evaluate your situation and recommend a treatment path 'if necessary'. I have been seeing him for TMJ with very positive results. (No more pain) A close friend of mine thought she had TMJ and went to see Dr. Williams. His evaluation of her was that she has a strain and inflammation, not TMJ. He recommended she discuss it with her dentist. If some of the other reviews had merit, he could have easily convinced her that she needed expensive appliances to treat TMJ, but he didn't. Dr. Williams sees all of his patients in an open area where everyone can see and hear his interactions. I have never heard him be anything but encouraging and considerate. His staff is wonderful!

Completely ignored my questions on my consultation just to get me in braces and later tells me what I asked couldn't be accomplished. I should have spent my money on surgery or one of the many doctors who deal with past extraction cases. Don't go

I've been with Dr.Williams for years now dealing with TMJ. I have had no bad experiences. His staff is as sweet as he is. Very welcoming environment. He is also the best orthodontist in the south. I would recommend him to anyone.

He drags on orthodontic treatment forever. My teeth are worse than when I first started. He's arrogant and unfriendly.

He started off with good intentions until my daughter had to miss or reschedule appointments. She was in the West Harrison high school band at the time. They did a lot of traveling and had weekly rehearsals as well. Because the schools check out policy it was impossible to get her there on certain days. He told my daughter to make a choice to have straight teeth or quit the band. My daughter was securing her college because she was a senior and planned on attending USM (she did) in the fall of 2018. She never wanted to go to her appointments alone and I couldn't figure out why, until he spoke to me like I was a child in front of others. He was very unprofessional with me and my daughter. I feel as if he had a problem he should address the parents and not the child, but most of all the comments he made to her while I wasn't present was him bullying my daughter!!!

My facial structure is completely ruined now because of unnecessary treatments. I will now I have to spend even MORE money on orthodontic procedures due to the poor care I was given here. 15,000 dollars of my parents money and 8 years of metal in my mouth out the window for nothing.

Love the time and consideration he spends on evaluating my child's needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
