Dr. Michael and his team are Amazing! He is so gentle and performs procedures like he's been doing this for many years. He is the only Dentist I've ever been to that doesn't make me nervous. The ladies at the front desk are so polite and helpful. They got all of my procedures approved by my insurance company when another office told me it couldn't be done. I highly recommend this office.

This is not the dentist you should see. No not believe the positive reviews. Dr. Noghrei worked on the wrong tooth just to collect the insurance money for a complete root canal and crown. The service was terrible. He never gave me my medical records and the office is not clean and is a high risk for Covid. Actually two health care workers were diagnosed with Covid and continued to work with patients. No not see this dentist and if you had a problem with his service immediately call the NYS Health department and insurance company.

After reading the comments I thought I would have an amazing experience with this dentist. Yes the wait time to go in the back is short but I waited 20 minutes for the Dentist to even talk to me and and check to see what I was there for. He barely even spoke to me. After coming in late he was very rough, even after seeing how uncomfortable I was. The cleaning lasted 5-8 horrible minutes. I could not wait for it to be over even though I am use to a longer cleaning I was so uncomfortable I was ready to go. When I was done I tried to talk to him but he barely responded so I left. This was Saturday, it is now Thursday and my mouth is still throbbing and I haven't eaten anything solid. I have a very small black and blue mark on my lowers gums. Everything is inflamed and my teeth feel sharp in certain sections. At this point I'm very scared but I need need help and I have no insurance. The ladies in the office are extremely sweet so when I called they scheduled me very quickly for Friday @1030am. I will update everyone on how this appointment goes.

Dr.Michael is the best and the most gentle dentist I've ever been to! The staff is excellent, and the wait time is very short. Making an appointment is just a 30 second phone call, and the office is very local. Thank you Dr.Michael, for a very clean smile!

Dr Noghrei was great he is very nice very calm makes you feel comfortable very knowledgeable I can't say enough good things about him but I'm glad I made him my primary dentist

I am in massive pain I traveled to get to dentist but I didn't know I was supposed to pick a dentist my insurance company gave them an approval code to do my dental work secretary called me back n said Dr. Michael said no. I called my insurance n they called to speak to Dr Michael n I was told he agreed to do my work I am here crying in severe pain nothing is helping me I do not know if I ever get a call to get my tooth out. I am in pain no one open till Monday that's torture for me. I just wish they would have helped me I couldn't pay cash as he requested I couldn't do I am disabled I do not work I recommended a lot of people here now I will not do that any more I am left in pain n I am not sure if I gonna make it till Monday. I need help n was turned away after insurance company gave approval n then secretary said Dr said no then my insurance spoke to him why am I in this much pain this is a pandemic have a heart you are gonna get paid

Dr. Noghrei is a professional, sensitive dentist. His staff is very unprofessional. The receptionist is loud and condescending. I made an 11am appointment I waited 2 hours before I was told the doctor wasn't in the office. The doctor arrived after the 2 hour wait but didnt receive my xrays from my other doctors office. Even after they were sent the doctor refuse to retrieve them so the performed more xrays and told me there was nothing he could because he didn't FEEL I had any cavities, despite fillings were the purpose of my visit. Overall my insurance was charged for nothing and I wasted 3 hours. They office told me they would call me back if they seen any cavities in the xrays
