Throughout the year Dr. Laszynski pursues multiple forms of continuing education (CE), including lectures and hands-on demonstrations. He also attends national oral healthcare meetings and participates in smaller, local study clubs. By staying at the leading-edge of developments in treatments and new technology, as well as expanding and strengthening his skills, Dr. Laszynski ensures his patients receive the best care available.
Additionally, everyone on Dr. Laszynskis dental team attends regular training sessions. They also maintain CPR and other, in-service training, to ensure they are prepared to provide emergency care, should it ever be necessary.
In addition to volunteering his time to provide dental to underprivileged patients in his own practice, Dr. Laszynski also volunteers at a local free clinic. He knows the important role oral health plays in overall body wellness, and is passionate about providing life-improving care to people in this community.
Originally from West Lafayette, Dr. Laszynski now lives in Rochester. He is close to his family, who understand that the dental field sometimes requires him to work long hours and provide emergency care outside of regular office hours. When he does have time, being with them is his priority, whether theyre having a quiet dinner at home or getting away for the weekend.
I believe that a beautiful smile is a persons greatest commodity. We strive to keep that smile, from exams and cleanings to orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. We will do everything we can to maintain your dental health.
It is a reality that I will not be able to care for my patients forever. After an extensive search for a dentist to entrust my patients to at my retirement, I found Dr. Laszynski; he is caring, professional, and light-hearted in his treatment of our mutual patients. Dr. Fritts grew up in the rural Indiana community of DeMotte with six siblings. Upon graduation from IU, Dr. Fritts established his dental practice in Rochester. He lost his wife of 50 years to cancer in 2010, and has since remarried. Combinedhe and Lana have four daughters and 14 grandchildren located in Evansville and the Indianapolis areas.
Dr. Fritts free time is spent on a small grain farm where he enjoys farming and relaxing at home. He is active in the local Optimist Club, Compassionate Health Center, and Northern Indiana Community Foundation.

I have been a Dental Hygienist at Dr. Fritts and Dr. Laszynski's office for 25 years. I attended Indiana University Bloomington, before graduating from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Not only do I love what I do, but I love the bond I create with my patients and staff. It is wonderful to see generations of families and new patients alike
I have a wonderful husband and three beautiful girls. You can usually find my spouse Tracy and I chasing Whitley, Delaney, and Alvia between their sporting events, club activities, piano recitals, and 4-h projects. My hobbies include traveling, lounging on the deck with my family, and scrapbooking
I have two daughters Kodie and Rissie and they keep me very busy between sports, showing horses and school activities. In my spare time I enjoy playing softball, doing CrossFit, showing horses, riding our side by side, biking and other outdoor activities
I started working with Dr. Fritts and his staff in 2008 after graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene. I obtained my degree from Indiana University, South Bend. I enjoy getting to know my patients and educating them on their personal dental needs
I have lived in Rochester my entire life. My husband Rick and I have a son, Linden, and daughter, Linley. We stay very busy in our free time watching them play sports. We also enjoy camping and floating the river
I enjoy helping people have healthier, better looking smiles and more confidence! I’m artistic and especially enjoy working on a bonding or veneer case, because I can play a major role in helping the patient feel better about their smile. My day is spent assisting the doctor, taking x-rays, supporting orthodontic work, and doing fillings and buildups. I focus on each patient’s comfort and making sure they feel welcome
As an expanded functions dental assistant I have many duties. My job includes helping patients feel comfortable, explaining the procedure to patients, preparing the room and instruments needed, and assisting the doctor. Additionally, I take x-rays, place fillings, make temporaries, take impressions, and do braces adjustments. I am certified in coronal polishing, fluoride application, expanded functions, and assistant orthodontics. My favorite part of my job is being able to help patients feel more confident when they smile and having a healthier mouth. I love that we are able to help patients get out of dental pain. I'm so proud that we provide excellent quality care and treatment to our patients
