Great dentist and from what we remember great Hygienist as well. But twice now we have driven 15 miles to scheduled appts after pulling our kiddo out of school to be told. "We called and left a message but our Hygienist is sick". Not a single missed call on either of our phones either time. We simply are never going back. Really unfortunate but the front office fails and we're done wasting time

My children were assigned this dental office after having to leave their previous dentist due to insurance changes, and we are so happy with them so far, the gals up front are amazing and friendly, they answer their phones call and try and get you in ASAP , they have squeezed all 4 of my kiddos in and were so great about it, the Dentist is kind and explains everything and they even let you in with your child(their previous dentist didn't.) Thank you for all your care !

EXTREMELY rude staff. They called to verify my appointment, (they gave me an appointment card) said it was not scheduled for the day I said it was for and questioned me if they gave me an appointment card. Made my infant and toddler sit in the car with a sitter, they said my children can't be in the exam room with me over the phone, said NOTHING about the waiting room. Said it was their policy, but not mentioned nor posted anywhere. When I had a dental emergency, they told me they can get me in 3 months down the road. Dr. Reynolds is GREAT! Too bad every member of his staff is so horrible it gives him a bad review. If I could give it a 0 star I would, but that's not an option. Save yourself the headache and establish care elsewhere.

5 stars all the way. The dentists and dental hygienists (Reynolds, Dr. Riza & Ayse) are all amazing, painless and professional!! Always appreciate your efforts. Brenda and the ladies at the front desk are caring and always make me and my family feel welcome. Beautiful office and so clean! So grateful to have found them. Highly Recommend. :) Thanks all!!

I am really happy with this office. The whole staff was amazing. The dentist made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was in the chair. I thought everybody was really friendly, professional and when I showed up to my appointment the first day they got me right in. And during my appointment the next day I got right in at my appointment time. I would highly recommend them.

I gave this business multiple opportunities to provide good service. They failed at every turn. Their customer service is horrible. Their willingness to accommodate me after their own booking mistake was nonexistent. I am disappointed that a business that was highly recommended by a friend was such a colossal failure.

What an amazing experience from the moment I called to make the appointment. The staff were extremely kind and enjoyable to deal with and the Doctor was an absolute legend. I never expected to be smiling, laughing and making jokes while getting a tooth extraction, but that's exactly what happened! I have never looked forward to going to the dentist, but I can now say that is no longer the case!
