My family has been going to Dr. Koumas for a few years now. It's nice to have a dentist you can trust and the hygienists are amazing. Everyone there is friendly and they are all good with kids.

Dr. Koumas is the best dentist in Newburgh NY. I came in to get a cleaning and booked an appointment for a crown I've been needing. As someone without insurance, their membership plan really saved me a ton of money. Not only did it cover the cleaning that day, but it discounted the price of the crown I needed significantly. Five stars! Thank you again, Dr. Koumas!

Absolutely love this place. I've always tried to avoid the needle because, well, some dentists suck at it- but Dr. Koumas really made it painless somehow. Top notch work.

My experience with this office was great. Rebecca in Hygiene was so gentle and helpful. Everyone there is so pleasant. Although I am a new patient I have confidence in Dr. Koumas and this was a good experience.

We've been going to Dr. Koumas for over 10 years now. He's the best dentist, and the whole staff is phenomenal. Both my boys (6 and 11) love going to him as well.

Love this place. From the welcoming staff to the quality work I am 100% satisfied. As a cash paying customer I found it really nice that they offered an in house reduced fee membership plan that saved me a lot of money.

I just experienced dr.michael koumos totally disrespect one of his employees. The choice of words and actions- kicking her out of the office was totally not called for and just disgusting behavior all around especially infront of other patients and other employees-- I will not be coming back

Today, I was extremely disappointed to see Dr. Koumas demonstrate disgusting behavior towards a female dental assistant. Im a fairly new patient, and i do not plan on returning. The way he belittled her, kicked her out in the worst way, and embarrassed her IN FRONT of patients and staff was so disappointing. This man really needs an attitude adjustment. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. Im so sorry to her, it hurt me to see her leave with tears in her eyes.
