Dr. Komoroski has been offering sound orthodontic advice and treatment for over 24 years to the Greater Pittsburgh Community. Over the years, he has treated patients from 3 years old to 86 years old. Dr. K is proud to offer personalized orthodontic care for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Special needs patients are warmly accepted.

Dr. Komoroski will work with you every step of the way to make sure that your orthodontic care is as rewarding as possible.
Our practice takes pride in creating an inviting environment where comfort and communication throughout the treatment experience is our first priority. Dr. Komoroskis diagnostic and treatment planning processes allow effective communication with the patient, parent and referring doctors alike.
Dr. K is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the School of Dental Medicine. In keeping with his familys history of serving our Country, Dr. Komoroski served in the United States Air Force, completing a one year general dental residency, followed by two years active duty as a general dental officer. Following his service, Dr. Komoroski completed his orthodontic specialty training at the renowned Eastman Dental Center, now part of the University of Rochester in upstate New York.
Currently, Dr Komoroski is a Clinical Instructor of Dental Medicine in the General Practice Residency Program and provides orthodontic lectures to the Oral Maxillofacial Residents at West Penn Allegheny General Hospital. He enjoys the learning process with the residents while reinforcing the commitment that learning is a lifelong process.
A native of the Pittsburgh-North Hills area, Dr. Komoroski returned to the area after his training and began his private practice locally in 1992. He is happily married and is raising a daughter in the North Hills. In his free time, Dr. K likes to kayak with his family and work on the never ending to do list at home. people were so rude to me and my family there because we accidentally walked in without calling. But we did have appointments. anytime we were there the front desk lady was the rudest person she also hung up on my mom once and threw papers at my grandmother. this place is the biggest disappointment we have been here for over 7 years and have always been very nice but have never gotten back what we deserved. all this time we have tolerated the front desk lady's attitude but this time was unacceptable. We tried talking to Dr. komoroski about what had happened and he was just as disappointingly rude to us.

He used to be good until 2020. He never finished the job he promised and we paid for on my daughters teeth. Wants to charge us 5000.00 more on top of braces and pallet exp. we already paid for. Extremely sad he doesn't finish the work he starts. Will not pay 2 times for the job he promised.

Dr. K. Treated both of my children years ago. His patience, kindness, experience, and expertise goes unmatched. To this day, some 15+ years later, both continue smiling with perfect teeth. Both still talk about how Dr. K would host skating parties for his clients. We highly recommend Dr. K to anyone needing orthodontic services.

This orthodontist is great! He even met us at the office on Christmas Eve to fix a loose wire. However, beware of the girls at the desk because they are usually rude. I'm not sure why politeness is so hard to find in women these days.

I called to make an appointment and whoever I talked to (all I know is she was a girl) was completely disrespectful and kept trying to argue with me. Also refused to let me speak to someone else or Dr. Komoroski himself. I feel bad because it's an amazing place at least it was in 2013-2014 (this girl who answered the phone is new) and now she's scaring people away and disrespecting his clients that he worked hard for. This isn't the first time she's done this and I'm just mind blown this hasn't been addressed.

We have had one adult and two children that have had braces through Komoroski Orthodontics. Easy scheduling, extensive hours including Saturdays, Very clean contemporary office, friendly staff and most importantly - straight teeth!!! We highly recommend Komoroski Orthdontics!

Dr. Komoroski is excellent! He was all three of my children's orthodontist. They all had amazing results. I'm now a patient as well. He explained everything to me in detail before treatment. He is extremely skilled and professional. He truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him.
