Went for a root canal treatment, everyone was nice and professional, operation itself was painless(chose the laughing gas anaesthetic) and the whole visit was less than an hour.

Amazing staff and Amazing dentist!!! I have always been terrified of dentist appointments, but Dr. Jeansonne and his staff made it so easy to be calm. I was afraid of the pain after a root canal, but no pain at all. He took his time and was very patient.

Dr Jeansonne was extremely rude. Referred to me as "babe" on the phone and hung up on me. He failed to clarify why he would not accept Cigna Dental Insurance through my BCBS plan. When we offered to privately pay for treatment, he refused to clarify details of treatment plan. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental treatment to seek out other options. That is what we plan to do.

I've been to Dr Jeansonne yrs ago for a root canal, could not have been a better experience. Yesterday, (02/29/2021), I had 2 root canals, was pre -medicated, before arriving at the office. After getting situated in the dental chair, he began to deaden my gums without numbing them first. I thought my head was gonna explode....he never apologized or eased up on injecting. Thank God the pre- med 05mg of Xanax was some help. During the procedure, the drilling, grinding and pressure was terrible, I starting crying, tears streaming. It's a scary feeling being at the mercy of someone who appears to be insensitive to your feelings. Never again Dr Jeansonne. So disappointed.

Said they took our insurance but don't and you have to file it on your insurance. Then had to pay for the consultation witch they did not tell use on the phone.

Let me start off by saying I was very afraid of a root canal. The staff and Dr. Jeansome were very friendly and helpful. My procedure took two visits and each time I was made the feel at ease. Thanks for the positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jeansome and his staff!

Dr. Jeansonne was incredible! His entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My root canal went smoothly and quickly. My nerves were settled as soon as he walked into the operating room. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

This office (especially the receptionist and dentist) treated my family horribly and has no compassion for their patients. It is clear they only care about getting paid and not about the health of their patients. Do NOT go here!!! My sister luckily found another endodontist and didn't even need as many root canals as this dentist said she would.

I'm only leaving one star because I have to. The Doctor and receptionist are liars, rude and unhelpful. I'm almost positive it's safe to say our poor treatment was because we are black! I WOULD NOT recommend this office even for your dog to have work done.

Will never go back! Office staff very nice and professional. Dentist has poor bedside manners. Plays loud music and is impatient (rushes through appointment). Act's like he had too much coffee & Red Bull. He opened my jaw with locking forceps that caused my left jaw pain for weeks after procedure. Have no doubt about his ability but how he treats you and his lack of empathy.

Awful. When he realized how nervous I was, he immediately told me I should have gotten drugged to the point of passing out before, bc he had no tolerance of day car. Left without a tooth afterwards & told me that was normal. Will never go back to this whacko.

I had to have a Root Canal while traveling for work and was super afraid of the unknown of Dr. Jeansonne. But, he did an outstanding job. The procedure was painless, no complications and Dr. Jeansonne was nice, professional, thorough and skilled.
