Worst dental experience yet. Michael Riebi is a great skilled dentist but the ladys in charge of billing and scheduling appointments ruined the experience. First of all i had to wait months between appointments and when i would finally get in they would have me scheduled for such a short time that they would only do 1 filling when i had multiple and i litterly have lost teeth bc they could not attend to them swiftly enough. Secondly, non stop phone calls for information they have lost or never entered in properly that i have given them on multiple occasions in the span of 2 years and they still couldn't get right. Lastly if you have multiple family members with different insurances as you or you yourself have multiple, they will mess up every insurance claim. Ex 1. Kept mixing up my and a family members insurance. Ex 2. Would file my primary as secondary and secondary as primary Ex 3. Would file without a secondary when i have one Ex 4. Would file with the wrong secondary that you don't even have Ex 5. When insurance finally blocks a filed claim bc they missfiled it, they want you to jump through hoops and do their job for them to correct it when only they can fix what they summited by resubmiting correctly. Ex 6. Will cut you off when you try to speak with them on the phone while your trying to explain what your insurance provider is telling you needs to be corrected on their end and preceed to tell you they didn't have the information youv provided a billion times and is all through your social and hasn't changed. Do not go to this dentist unless you have idiot proof insurance and don't require allot of visits. The dentist himself is great but his office staff will leave you banging your head against the wall.

This has been the best dentist experience I have ever had! Dr. Mike converted my smile from one that I hid to one that I am proud to show. My old dentist retired, and he left me with some bonding that was discolored and I was not happy with. It made me hide my teeth and in sales, that is not good. Dr. Mike gave me options, worked with me on payments, and really explained every option and step clearly. He worked with my schedule and he and his staff bent over backwards to make it truly the best dental experience I ever had. His work looks perfect, beyond my highest expectations. Now I smile confidently, my wife can't stop talking about how good I look and shows me off to her friends, and I am smiling on web-calls and sales calls with clients. I would give more stars if I could.

I loved this Dentist, he explained everything as he went along and was gentle and reassuring. His assistant was amazing. By far the most pleasant dental experience I have had, and I have had many. My only complaint is that his front desk gal seems to be a bit salty.. I got that impression of her on the phone and again when I met her in person. She did not make eye contact, seemed annoyed and was just lack luster.

I have been using Dr. Michael Riebe for a couple years now. This is by far the best experience with a dentist. Very clean facility, friendly people and you hardly know they are in your mouth!
