Dr. Andrew W. Bushey is a Youngstown, OH native and a graduate from Cardinal Mooney High School. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he played baseball and was an Academic All American. He was a two time team captain and lead the team to the College World Series his senior year. Dr. Bushey was selected in the Major League Baseball draft and played 2 years in the Colorado Rockies organization. He went on to pursue his dental degree from the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University where he graduated at the top of his class. While attending Case Western he acquireda passion for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed a full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency from Case Medical Center, Metro Health Medical Center and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. During residency he obtained his medical degree from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Busheys professional interests include: dental implantology, dentoalveolar surgery, corrective jaw and facial surgery, trauma reconstruction, TMJ medical and surgical treatment and cosmetic surgery. He maintains hospital affiliations with the St. Elizabeth Health Centers, Salem Community Hospital and the Surgical Hospital at Southwoods.

Thanks to his late father i got over my fear of dentist and Andrew is following in his footsteps too. A great oral surgeon, who explains everything and it was painless and quick! Friendly assistants and staff too

recently i went here to get my wisdom teeth out! the procedure went great and recovery was decent. i liked the doctor a lot and he did an excellent job. however i would recommend having ice packs on hand after the procedure because they can't give them away.

Went to this office about a year ago for a consult and never went back. Maybe I caught them on a bad day because YIKES. I was taken into a room to wait for the Dr. There were tools out that had clearly been used and a bloody, exposed something sitting on top of the trash can sitting next to me. I was taken back for x-rays, and instead of a clear plastic covering to bite down on - it was the fingertip of a blue glove. Afterward, the Dr. came back in to see me and didn't explain what needed to be done, just made a few jokes and then sent me to the front desk. The woman at the front desk (she was super friendly, which is why this is a 2 and not a 1 star), SHE was the one who told me my teeth were impacted. I finally got up the courage to try another office a year later and I'm so glad I did. HUGE difference. Nothing about my experience felt sanitary. Now with COVID precautions, who knows? Maybe they stepped up their game. But that was yhe worst experience I've ever had.

Had to have an emergency tooth extraction due to infection. Face was swollen like the size of an orange. Dr. And his staff was so amazing. From me entering the office from me leaving with a pulled tooth. EXCELLENT FACILITY! So kind, gentle, caring, and explains step by step procedures. Just overall amazing!

Had four wisdom teeth removed at the same time, one was all the way developed and the other three were under gum tissue. I experienced no pain while being put under, barely noticed the IV going in my arm. Recovery period was about 48 hours, highly recommended doctor.

If it would be more than 5 stars , I would give it to this Wonderful Doctor and his staff! From the very first moment in his office it was nothing , but pleasure and ease ! Tooth extraction is always a stressful experience ! But in Dr. Bushey skillful hands - it was the best experience I had in my life. I didn't feel anything! And after anesthesia wore off- no pain whatsoever! Now, next day - I feel like I never had any intervention . The office called me twice with inquiry . I strongly recommending this office for all your dental needs. Thank you , Dr. Bushey !

All 4 of my wisdom teeth out today and I was super nervous. Dr. Bushey and all of his staff were unbelievably accommodating and comforting, they did a beautiful job with my teeth and the whole experience was just about as good as it could have gone. My mouth isn't even very swollen and minimal bleeding. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr Bushey did a tooth extraction for me and he did a phenomenal job. His bedside manner was great and the extraction was very quick. I thought it would take a lot longer than it actually did. The office staff was also very kind and accommodating. I have terrible anxiety about dental procedures, but I would go there again in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Bushey did a tooth extraction for me and he did a phenomenal job. His bedside manner was great and the extraction was very quick. I thought it would take a lot longer than it actually did. The office staff was also very kind and accommodating. I have terrible anxiety about dental procedures, but I would go there again in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend them enough.
