I have been going to Dr. Carpentier and Dr. Grace-Mary Hume for the past 20 years. They are very professional and kind, and so is their staff. The best part is the awesome view you get of downtown Walnut Creek while sitting in the dental chair. Even though I no longer work or live in Walnut Creek, I still continue going here because of the quality of care that I have never been able to find elsewhere. I highly recommend them!

My mother has been going here for a while and really likes them- So she recommended that I go to Dr. Carpentier. I decided to go back in October of 21' for the first time and Dr. Carpentier and Gladys were really great, knowledgeable and friendly. So - I really enjoyed had a good experience with Dr. Carpentier and Gladys was super sweet as well. However, I have had quite a few issues with Janice, the secretary? She does not articulate simple things well and makes simple questions very difficult to get an answer to. She is also rude and says inappropriate things - for example: she accused me of planning to not pay... because I was asking how payment plans work, timelines and how having a credit card on file works etc... I do not know what her problem and I don't know how she communicates with other patients but if it is anything like my experience, I imagine it is pretty ineffective and counter productive. The cherry on top: I assume that she got flustered after not being able to understand simple inquiries regarding my upcoming appointments and payment options- and she hung up on me twice!! Unacceptable in my eyes. I really like the actual dentist and want to be a patient- but Its too bad a secretary has to ruin a patients' experience when she is not even the main part of the experience....

I've been coming to Dr. Hume and Dr.Carpentier for 20 years. I trust them explicitly with all my dental needs. They are very caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend both doctors for anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Carpentier is knowledgeable and I always feel safe and satisfied. He takes time to explain things and answer questions and he has extensive knowledge. Dental wellness is so important. I wish I learned that when I was young.

Dr Carpentier he's a wonderful dentist full of knowledge And insight on how to keep your teeth. On the artistic side, his crowns fit effortlessly and he has great experience with solutions to master the care of your teeth. His whole office is genuine and very experienced. Alicia does a great job when it comes to normal and deep cleanings.

Dr Carpentier is attentive, extremely knowledgeable and gets to the root of the problem (no pun intended). His staff is fantastic. I highly recommend Dr Carpentier if you are looking for a great dentist!
