WOW ! I Mean WOW!! This was my first time meeting Dr Kaur DDS and her assistant Emily. What a professional set up. They took me back early (loved that!) They were very kind, informative and fast! No PAIN!!!!!!!!!!! injections were no different than enjoying a good book on the beach. Both were very attentive to my needs, asking me many times if I needed a break. Explaining what they were going to do before they did it. I could not be happier. I have 10-15 years as a professional in this field so it takes a lot to impress me but these two had NO difficulty at all. There isn't anyone I wouldn't refer to this dynamic duo! I've never said going to the dentist was a treat but in this case I must change my ways. So incredibly pleased AND to top it off the prices were what I considered on the lower side. Thank you to everyone in this office it was a pleasure. I would give more than 5 stars if I were able. Very Happy!! Sincerely, Shellie Hatfield

I have been going to Loomis Family Dental for almost one year, and it has been a great experience! The staff and dentists are very kind and friendly, and experienced in their work. They have made improvements on my teeth that I am very thankful for. I highly recommend Loomis Family Dental to everyone! Thank you!

I was a patient of Dr. Mercer who I respected and trusted My son gave Dr. Mercer a five-star rating when I referred him to Dr. Mercer over a year ago. Then Dr. Mercer sold his practice and moved out of state. The new dentist who purchased the practice from Dr. Mercer still operates under Dr. Mercer's name, but in my experience his work was sloppy and unprofessional. I paid my bill for services rendered last February vowing never to return only to be hit with a further bill three months later for nearly $500 for services not covered by insurance. This never happened with Dr. Mercer.

I've appreciated the exceptional service for 20 years, however I've had to change where I get my dental care. I've been reticent about making a review here, but I really value my dental care. My last experience gave me great pause, even left me concerned about ethics. My teeth are too valuable.

Dr. Mercer sold his practice, I was very disappointed in Dr Dhillion's exam with me, he was more about getting fillings for gum recessions at $2315.00; Dr Mercer has been watching my gums every 6 months with no change. He did not even speak to me what needed to be done, he just called out each tooth, 9! So very disappointed that Dhillion took over Dr. Mercers practice. I'm now going to a different dentist.

Dr Mercer's office is run very efficiently and kept clean even before Covid He stays up to date on the latest in healthcare and technology. The hygienists do an amazing job cleaning my teeth, which can be challenging at times. I enjoy my visit ls to the dentist.

Dr. Mercer's office is by far the best dental practice I have ever visited. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I love that I see the same hygienist every visit. Leanne is the best! Dr. Mercer uses the most up to date equipment and procedures and always details all the options available for treatment. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Just recently finished Invisilign treatment with Dr. Mercer. Great experience...everything was carefully explained when I first inquired about straightening my teeth. I had impressions made, pictures taken, costs explained and after the suggested treatment plan was designed by Invisilign, I was given time to think about whether I wanted to proceed. I made my decision after again considering cost and length of treatment plan and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything was explained all throughout the process and I was seen regularly, about every 4-6 weeks. At one point during the treatment, Dr. Mercer was not happy with the progress, or lack of same, and consulted with Invisilign and set up additional treatment time to achieve the result we were both looking for (no additional charge to my treatment plan). Now, at 69 years young, I have the smile that makes me happy!
