Dr. Crawford is a lifelong resident of North Carolina growing up in the mountains of Hendersonville and living in Greenville before relocating to Huntersville. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and achieved his dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he was the president of his graduating class.
Dr. Crawford spent four years of general practice in the United States Navy while stationed at Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point. In 1993, Dr. Crawford relocated to Greenville and practiced as an associate and partner with Dr. Gary Michels. While in Greenville, Dr. Crawford continued his practice in all phases of general dentistry.
In 1998, Dr. Crawford opened his family and cosmetic dentistry practice in Huntersville to move closer to family. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the North Carolina and Iredell County Dental Society. He is also a volunteer dentist for the Baptist Dental Bus.
Following dental school, she completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she gained valuable experience in complex dental treatment planning, implant restoration, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Colvin has been practicing in the Lake Norman area and joined Dr. Crawford in the Spring of 2012. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the North Carolina Dental Society. She also has a membership with the Greater Charlotte chapter of the prestigious Seattle Study Club.
Dr. Colvin lives in Cornelius with her husband and two sons. She is an active member of her church, where she plays piano for the worship team. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends and most of all- cheering on the WVU Mountaineers!

I've been seeing Dr. Crawford for close to 20 years and I couldn't be happier with the services he and his staff provides. His office is modern and clean, very welcoming and professional staff, and exceptional dental care from both Dr. Crawford and Dr. Colvin. I've referred my family and friends here and they couldn't be happier also.

Good experience! Dr Crawford is great and the staff is friendly especially the lady in the back who helped me pick out my glasses!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Crawford, his wife, Suzanne and his entire staff. After some very unexpected news from our previous dentist, I needed to find someone that could do a lot of work for my daughter. He and his wife treated us like family. They calmed my fears and promised me that we would get through it. My daughter is in the process of her dental work and I could not be more pleased, her sister's first visit was today and we discovered she too needed a treatment plan. Thankfully Dr Crawford is proactive in treating his patients and I will be forever grateful for what he has done for us. If you are searching for a new dentist, whether you are local or not....THIS OFFICE IS WORTH THE DRIVE.

After some very unexpected news from our previous dentist, I needed to find someone that could do a lot of work for my daughter. He and his wife treated us like family. They calmed my fears and promised me that we would get through it. My daughter is in the process of her dental work and I could not be more pleased, her sister's first visit was today and we discovered she too needed a treatment plan. (Had to post on both google entries--can't thank you enough!) I knocked out my 2 front teeth at 9pm, and by 12 noon the next day, I walked out with a beautiful new set of teeth. They printed a picture of me on vacation and matched my new teeth exactly to my old teeth in the picture. These people are perfectionists, and they saved me from what I thought was a devastating blow. BOSE noise cancelling headphones they gave me and some music helped my nerves as they did their work. Truly incredible work. I'd recommend this place to anyone that needs work done perfectly. Perfectly--I mean that.
