With every patient, her focus is on prevention and custom recommendations for achieving and maintaining ideal oral health. She carefully listens to concerns and offers treatment recommendations based on each patients unique requirements.
Dr. Severino-Hoza was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, and she is thrilled to own and operate My Family Dentist in Perry, where she has lived for many years. She looks forward to utilizing her dental skills and expertise to support the local community and schools. When shes not in the office, she values spending time with her husband, son, and friends, traveling, and enjoying Lake Erie.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Missy and her entire crew! Everyone is so sweet & friendly. Everything is explained & understandable. I recommend her to everyone!

This was my daughter's first dental appointment and this amazing staff was so great with putting her at ease. Rebecca was outstanding! Dr. Severino was so fun and my daughter can't wait to go back. Thank you again for making this such a wonderful trip to the dentist!

They make you feel relaxed. They did a very detail exam and notice things about my teeth other dentist haven't. Highly recommend them.

This all began on 8/22/19 with a bad tooth ache. I went to my present dentist in Geneva, she numbed it and started poking. She gave options. I said pull it. Okay let's set up a date, we can pull it on 9/20/19. Only one of the dentists pulls teeth at this office. I called my former dentist, they could see me on 9/3/19. Okay thanks. My son was driving down Route 20, said there was a new Dentist in Perry. I stopped by on Friday August 30th at 1 PM. (This office had just opened this August) The receptionist said come back at 4. I came back she took one x-ray and pulled the tooth immediately. My pain was gone! I like to refer to her Dr. Melissa Severino-Hoza as " La Reina De Los Dientes" or the Queen of the teeth. Saturday the 31st I was at Carter Lumber in Madison. The clerk asked how I was doing, so I told him my dental issue and the other dental offices. Told him who took care of me immediately. From a couple customers behind me who heard my bad tooth story, he said Dr. Melissa Severino-Hoza is the "Best" he highly recommends her!!! Now I recommend her with Flying colors! Keep up the great work! To her assistants Mandi, Rebekah, Beverly and Liz keep up your hard work too!
