Dr. Shah provides gentle, thorough and conservative dentistry in a professional and relaxed environment that serves the Lake Grove, Ronkonkoma, Nesconset, Centereach, Smithtown, and Stony Brook communities.
Dr. Shah is a graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry. She has been practicing dentistry since 1991 and opened her private practice in the Lake Grove in 1994. Shes even appeared on Sesame Street!
In order to ensure patients are provided with the best care available, Dr. Shah stays up to date with the latest trends in the dental industry. She maintains membership with the American Dental Association, (ADA), New York State Dental Association and Suffolk County Dental Society and completes numerous hours of continuing education annually In addition to her extensive general dentistry experience, she has completed hundreds of cosmetic dentistry cases, from tooth-colored restorations to more advanced cases such as Invisalign, porcelain veneers cosmetic reconstruction and full-mouth, complex reconstruction
Dr. Shah and her husband, Amit, have been married since 1988 and have two sons, Ricky and Ajay. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling and cooking meals with ingredients hand-picked from their garden.

Dr. Shah is an amazing dentist. She attended to all my dental issues with great professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend her. A kudos to Jasmine her assistant and Karen her receptionist. I used to be afraid of a dental visit, Dr. Shah has elevated those fears.

First time at this office, and seeing Dr.Shaw.From the time you walk in you are greeted by a smile from the receptionist, and then to a room by her Dental Assistant Jasmine, who explained everything and made me feel very comfortable.I recommend her and her Great Staff.She is a very Gentle and a Amazing Dentist.Thoroughly explained everything and most importantly very knowledgeable and caring! Dr. Shah's office was very professional and responsive to my needs. I was a new patient who had a tooth that broke and her office took me in right away. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Loved Dr.Shah she is very friendly, honest and just a wonderful dentist. My husband has been going to her for years but this was my first time. So glad I went I will def continue using her as my dentist. The girls in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable no issues at all!

I've been going to Dr.Shah for over 20 years. She is highly professional as is her staff. She will see to it that you are not in pain. She is very gentle. Additionally, she is straightforward and will not try to tell you something that is not necessary. She does amazing cosmetic work!
