Dr. Max draws from extensive knowledge accumulated through years of studying with the Masters of Dentistry at diverse locations around the world as well as advanced training from top dentistry programs at Harvard, Tufts, University of Geneva, Switzerland, and the University of Miami.
With an excellent reputation for solving the most difficult dental cases, Dr. Max is not only a go-to dentist for referring dentists and doctors; he is also a mentor to other dentists. Dr. Max has been recognized for raising the bar in several practice areas including aesthetic implants and reconstructive dentistry. He was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Award for Clinical Excellence and the Jonathan Award for professional development. Today, a number of the dentists he mentors are presenting his work in dental programs at prestigious universities across the U.S.

Dr. Max completed his residency at University of Florida, Occlusion & Facial Pain Center and his externships at the renowned University of Miami School of Medicine and Jackson Memorial. Dr. Max graduated with honors from the University of Detroit, Mercy School of Dentistry and holds a BA from University of South Florida.
Dr. Derek Gatta grew up in Newport, RI and has had the chance to practice in many locations from his time in the Navy, including San Diego, Bahrain and Washington DC. After graduating from Vanderbilt University for undergrad, he moved to Ft. Lauderdale for Dental School at Nova Southeastern University. He was awarded a military commission and served eight years in the Navy achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He began his Navy career at Camp Pendleton, where he completed a General Practice Residency (GPR). He next served in Bahrain, home of the Navys fifth fleet, and worked as a general dentist. Following that tour, he was selected to attend the prestigious Prosthodontic Residency at the Walter Reed National Naval Military Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is a board-certified Prosthodontist and a diplomat of the American College of Prosthodontists.
I love the challenge of my job and appreciate the scientific and artistic skills necessary to be successful. I understand what it feels like to lack confidence in your smile. As a child, I broke a front tooth and was also in braces. After I was treated to repair the damage, I regained a positive self-esteem, which inspired me to go to Dental School and provide that same sense of wellness to others. I am committed to helping you get your life back with a confident smile. Complex rehabilitations are my specialty and I look forward to working with you. When I am not practicing dentistry, I enjoy traveling, tennis and skiing.

Lyndsey is originally from Oberlin, OH and joined the practice in 2019. Lyndsey graduated from Lorain County Community College in 2017 and has been passionate about helping others achieve the best possible oral health and dental hygiene ever since! In her free time, Lyndsey enjoys travelling, the beach, and spending time with family, and her St. Bernard puppy!
Laine is originally from Brazil and has been working in dentistry for over twenty-five years. She is passionate about providing life changing dentistry and proud of be a part of a wonderfully caring team. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her Bichon named Harley.
Gisele is originally from Brazil and has been working for more than eighteen years as a dental assistant. She enjoys seeing the satisfaction in the patients eyes when they show a nice and bright smile.
Cheryl joined the practice in the capacity of dental assistant in October of 1989. She holds an associate degree in liberal arts with a concentration in art from Palm Beach Community College. Cheryls certifications from University of Florida School of Dentistry include the following: Expanded Duties, Dental Auxiliary Personal, Radiological Health & Safety, Expanded Duties Dental Auxiliary, Personal Temporization Fabrication, Whitening Procedures.
