Today was my first day visiting Dr. Mauro! I am not one to go to a dentist very often unless I have to!! Not even for a cleaning I don't go. I hate the metal on my mouth I hate the pain I don't trust many Dentist and I have not had any good experiences at all maybe when I was a child but not as an adult. They put me right in as I've been in pain all week and I have to say Megan who did it the cleaning was amazing. I didn't even feel pain. She was kind and gentle and got the cleaning done without me complaining which is huge lol Dr. Mauros personality is amazing! She is very real and to the point and she takes the time to explain what you need, you could tell that she cares about what she does and she's serious about it. I have to say I finally found a dentist who is great and a staff that is also just as wonderful. That's very hard to find these days and they work with you and they try to help you and get you in so you're not suffering as fast as they can. I have a lot of work I need done but they're going to fix it and I'm looking forward to it lol which is ironic

I called Dr. Mauro on the Friday before LBW with a wisdom tooth that was wayy past due to come out. Dr Mauro, Carla, and the rest of her team stayed with me until nearly 9pm that night! It was a very difficult extraction but they sat with me the entire time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I've had a rough history with trusting dentists, but, if you're looking for someone to treat you like family and take care of your mouth.. look no further! Dr. Mauro and crew are the best around!<- that's a smile that's pain free. MK

I was referred to Dr. Mauro by my previous dentist who is retiring. I can honest say that she and her staff run the best dental practice I have been to. She is truly compassionate and genuinely cares about her quality of work. She is considerate of her patients time and well being. Thank you Dr. Mauro, I truly appreciate your care and sense of humor!

Dr. Mauro and staff exemplify what dentistry should look like... Not only were they kind & compassionate toward my pain, but they saw to the emergency immediately. It's rare to come across a health care provider that actually takes time to listen to their patients. Staff & associates at Dr. Mauro's office are 1,000% deserving of the title of Healthcare Professionals.

Horrible. You can't get a hold of anyone. The mailbox is full so you can't leave a voicemail either. Got a call at 9pm to set up an appointment- which I canceled because Dr. Mauro has had her license suspended twice for substance abuse and has terrible reviews. Took me 6 HOURS to cancel it because the receptionist was ignoring my calls because she "didn't recognize the number". My husband called and she answered after one ring, when I called a dozen times. Terrible hours also. I have nothing good to say about this place

The staff is so kind and helpful, and you immediately feel like part of the family. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. I think many people dread going to the dentist, but as a patient here I am honestly quite excited for my next chance to visit.

Dr. Mauro is one of the kindest souls I've ever come across. I was in a tough position waiting on my dentist to come back from vacation and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I was searching on google for a dentist that was open late on a Friday night. The only office that answered was Dr. Mauro. As I told her what was going on, crying hysterical, she told me to come in. I asked her to just extract my tooth to get me out of pain but she went the extra mile for me and started the root canal I needed. I didn't want to loose my tooth and she saved it. I am so incredibly grateful for her and what she did for me. Her kindness, sense of humor and one of a kind personality really makes the experience enjoyable (because we all know how much going to the dentist sucks). She's a fantastic dentist and an even better person.

Truly terrified of dentists after a horrible experience as a child. Met Dr Mauro yesterday for the first time for somewhat of an emergent issue. Called Thursday the office staff was very nice and patiently listened as I explained my issue. They immediately made an appointment for me the next day. I went in filled out a few papers and waited outside as I can not tolerate the smells or sounds of a dentist's office. They called me inside with in 5 minutes. As I sat down in the immediately the cold sweats started the hygeniest immediately called Dr Mauro in who listened to my fears and concerns and administered sedation. She came back in 10 mins checked on me and made sure it was ok for her to examine me. She then proceeded to explain what needed to be done to temporarily correct the issue and what would eventually need to be done. I can not say enough about Dr Mauro and her staff. She corrected the issue perfectly in under a 2 hour visit. I was comfortable without pain the whole time. I will have no problem now making the follow up appointments for routine cleaning and a permanent resolution to the reason for my initial visit. I would highly recommend Dr Mauro and her staff especially for people with severe dentist anxiety.

I had a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Mauro and all of the staff. I am extremely afraid of getting dental work done (even a cleaning) because of past bad experiences. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. I am so happy to have found this office, Dr. Mauro took so much time to explain everything in detail to me and also had me laughing in the chair.
