I had my first appointment today, and I have never been in a nicer medical building with more helpful staff. They were perfectly on time, extremely thorough, and made sure I understood everything about my upcoming procedure before booking, even down to the billing costs, which I feel like sometimes come as a surprise after the fact. Unfortunately I have to have a procedure on my gums, but I feel that I am in the best hands going into it.

Dr. Ronderos was very thorough in examining my gums. He explained the pros and cons of different options and in an understandable manner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Ronderos put in my implants quite a number of years ago but at that time I wasn't familar with writing reviews. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. He gave me two implants and they feel just as great now as the day they first went in. I refer all my friends to him and sing his praises every chance I get. My personal dentist said he was the best in the Bay Area.

Dr Ronderos and his staff went out of their way to make sure that I was able to get an appointment for a problem that couldn't wait. The office was very well organized and they make it a point to make sure all your questions are answered. Nice!

My first encounter with Dr Ronderos was very refreshing and informative. First, he meticulously diagnosed all the flaws of both my implants and natural teeth overlooked by highly regarded dentists for many years. Next, he proposed a detailed plan how to tackle these flaws one by one addressing bone losses, infections, receding gums. His thoroughness went far beyond routine evaluation. . I would be remiss not to mention that he called me after the visit to elaborate his diagnosis and prognosis.

First Visit Review 06/11/21 My first encounter with Dr Ronderos was very refreshing and informative. First, he meticulously evaluated all my implants and natural teeth and diagnosed cavity under crown of natural tooth overlooked by highly regarded dentists for long time. Next, he proposed a new crown on the tooth next to implant to reduce spacing between natural tooth and implant to eliminate food accumulation. His thoroughness went far beyond routine evaluation. I am glad that my hygiene will be done at his office in 4 months. I will recommend Dr. Ronderos to other patients.

I am so impressed by everyone I interacted with at Dr. Ronderos' office. It was immaculately clean and everyone was kind and helpful and Dr. Ronderos was very gentle and I am an anxious patient.

I was given a referral to Dr Ronderos for an implant. After the consultation, the administration told me that my dental insurance may not cover the procedure. I asked if they could call to confirm my benefits. She responded "I'll try" With confusion in her response of "I'll try" I inquired on a more definitive answer and was given excuses of busy with other patients, 6-7 weeks of pre-authorizations, next Wednesdays and another "I'll try" response. Well, I'll try to give you a 5 star review but really I'll give you a 3 no, I'll give a 2 instead and see how the administration responds to this review.

Dr Ronderos has a great team of support staff! Very efficient and kind. He is so nice as well.....even after having a tooth pulled I am positive! The office is clean and sparkling! thank you
