Dr Pham Is absolutely and positively without a doubt the finest oral surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His demeanor, his efforts, his entire treatment is nothing short of absolutely fantastic and he shows more care for his patients than anyone I have ever experienced before in my life. I had major surgery done by doctor Pham and I would never have anyone else do any oral surgery on me other than doctor Pham. The entire office staff is also above and beyond any level of expectation other than Excellent! I could not possibly more highly recommend Dr Pham and his staff for any oral surgery need!

I have never experienced a more caring Dentist and his staff is amazing. I had a huge surgery and was in a lot of pain. They did my consultation and surgery the same day. They worked hard to fit me in because of the pain I was in. Dr. Pham and his staff took very good care of me and you always get to pick your DJ but you won't hear it for long because as soon as the medication goes in you forget everything. What a great relaxation technique! Highly recommended

From the initial phone call to schedule a consultation through the consult, everyone was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! Dr. Pham is very cordial and thoroughly explained the pros and cons of wisdom tooth extraction. I return in a couple of weeks and will have an update after the procedure. Thank you for the other reviews which led me to choose this practice.

Dr. Pham and Dr. Robbins were great! They both worked together to get me back to normal before and after surgery and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel bad for asking. They called personally to check on my after any procedure and any time I had a question and called, they were always available to talk to me. I would recommend them to everyone and they made my experience the best it could have been!

So many dentist denied me because I have (ONJ) osteonecrosis of the jaw caused by chemotherapy for MM. There is no cure for ONJ and left untreated will kill you. Dr.Pham knew right away what I needed done without hesitation. A plan of care was immediately started for me. Now my pain level has decrease and I have a reason to smile. Prior to seeing Dr.Pham I was afraid .

I was referred to Dr. Pham after a major boating accident that left me with facial fractures and other issues. He and his staff met with me on very short notice and took their time explaining the surgery that would be needed. Everything went smoothly, the surgery was a great success and I could not be more pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Pham and his team to anyone!

Dr . Matthew Pham was an amazing doctor. He took me into his office immediately after I contacted the staff concerning a cyst in my sinus with infection in my body that was diagnosed in April 2022. I had been sick with difficulties in breathing with severe headaches that took my vision away at times. A wisdom tooth had entered my sinus and in less than three days from examination. Dr Pham scheduled me for surgery. My insurance didn't approve in time of surgery but he did his job regardless of the situation and took the cyst out removed a lot of infection that reduced the pain in my eye and ears. The staff was amazingly kind and considerate of my problems. They were professional .the very next day I was pleased God had answered my prayers. I could breathe out of my nose for the first time in a very long time. I feel he helped save my life. I had a mri of the brain in April that showed this problem. The prior endoscopy showed problems that the doctor felt was related to the sinus which had a hole in it. Dr Pham used stem cell closure. I was informed of all details. I had been to two other dentist that were not able to preform the necessary surgery.He was very skilled and so polite. The staff worked as a team. There was a very positive attitude in the entire staff. I would recommend anyone who has serious issues with their sinus to consult with Dr Pham. I wish all professionals would do their jobs as I received from their practice. Every day I feel improvements . I feel I have a chance to live again . I was truly scared of my situation but they made me feel comfortable. Thanks to all of the employees that are in his office. I am feeling better and I believe that he showed the patient is important. I had a great experience with Dr. Matthew H. Pham and the entire staff over @ Carolinas Center for Oral & Facial Surgery. Everyone there was professional and courteous. I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Pham, and I am so grateful to him. Fyi, he personally called to check in on me a couple of days later and I loved that. I would like to say that the doctor is very cute/handsome because he is, no harm or harassment intended, because I am happily married :). I will definitely recommend.
