Dr. Cline grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and completed his B.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1992. He continued his professional education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry and earned his doctorate in 1996. He received multiple honors including awards for Excellence in Periodontics and Prosthodontics and participation in the Honors Program for Fixed Prosthodontics. He served four years as Class President and was named Student of the Year three times.
Since beginning clinical practice in the west St. Louis County area, Dr. Cline has pursued continuing education both locally and nationally. His commitment to personal growth ensures that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care available. He has been honored to be nominated multiple times as one of St Louis Top Dentists. Dr. Cline is also a volunteer with Donated Dental Services Program which is a humanitarian service for disabled, elderly and medically compromised people.
When hes not caring for patients, Dr. Cline enjoys the outdoors, camping, running, going to the movies, and reading. Many of his activities include his wife, Stacy, and their three children. Stacy serves an integral role as office manager and provides support to our talented team.

Dr. Cline has a warm and inviting manner. He greeted me personally and took me to his office where he thoroughly explained what he was going to do before escorting me to the exam room. My filling was done in a timely and painless manner. I am so glad that I have become his patient. I highly recommend him to everyone.

From the time I walked in the office door I felt welcomed. It's been several years since I had been to a dentist and needed some one to hear my concerns (last dentist didn't) Dr Cline is 110% a lister! Definitely sending friends and family who need a new dentist his way!

You can't find a more family friendly place than Cline Dental! Today I was reminded that I have been going there for 20 year. Our kids grew up with them. They are the best at what they do, oral hygiene for overall health. Big shout out to Debbie for be kind, friendly, and gentle as she cleans our teeth!

I went to Dr. Matthew P. Cline's office for the very first time today. I didn't have any idea what to expect. Quite frankly, I was sort of nervous. The last dentist that had gone to wasn't very warm. I found her to be rather impersonal. When I walked into Dr. Cline's office, I immediately had good vibes. My favorite music was playing, the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and a calm came almost immediately. The dental hygienist was also very kind and gentle. After finally meeting Dr. Cline, I was able to totally relax and by the end of his evaluation for my dental care, I felt very hopeful. The plan that he has put in place for me is what will make me feel more confident. I would recommend him to anyone in need of dental services. After being made to feel like I had committed a mortal sin letting my teeth get in the condition they are in, I think I have finally the right place. Thank you so much Dr. Cline and staff for making me feel so welcome and giving me hope!!! If you are looking for a dental office that won't seem so intimidating, try Dr. Matthew P. Great teeth cleaning and info about how to best take care of my teeth. After the cleaning Dr Cline checked my teeth for a few issues I have had. It was determined that I need to have very old fillings redone due to time and wear. A follow up appointment was made to fix the problem. Great Doctor and staff. Very comfortable to work with

Outstanding care was taken by Dr. Cline and office staff to make sure they and patient are comfortable and safe in the current Covid situation. Temperature taken, short questionnaire to sign with a disinfected pen and door was opened for me to go to exam room. Dr. Cline uses updated techniques/equipment and explains not just what he would recommend, but why it would be the best treatment of dental care options.
