I moved to the Farmington area about 6 years ago and have been seeing Dr. Giaimo since based on recommendations from family and friends. Due to not having insurance for 2-3 years (plus my small hatred for going to the dentist) my teeth were in rough shape when I was finally able to get a cleaning. Dr. Giaimo is super relaxed and a very reliable dentist. He knows what he's doing and makes going to the dentist easy. There isn't any gimmicks like a lot of the newer dental places which I like. They work with you on payments if you can't pay it all up front which is nice. I would highly recommend if you're searching for a dentist in the area!

I have been going to Dr. Giaimo for 15+ years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and Dr. G gets you in and out in an efficient manner. Overall great dental care and would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Giaimo since I was 6 months old. I can personally attest to the fact that this is a great family dentist. My parents also have been going here for over 20 years. Martha, Kathy and Karen are great ladies that make you feel welcome.

I've been going to Dr. Giamo for 15 years. The office is very nice, and my whole family now goes to see him. He is very honest, gentle, an great with kids and elderly patients.

I received a coupon in the mail last year advertising a dinner for two and a movie with a new patient cleaning. I thought it was a pretty good deal so I called to inquire. Upon calling the office, I asked about the deal. The receptionist stated "We don't take Medicaid " in a very rude tone before even asking me what type of insurance I had. I explained to her I have Deltal Dental. She proceeded to ask me for my ssn so she could look up my benefits and stated she would call me back. By this time, I had already made up my mind that this establishment was not for me. I had been discriminated against before services even began! 5 mins later she called back with a brand new attitude stating "Oh yes, you have excellent coverage" when would you like to schedule? I told her I had changed my mind, I was no longer interested.

I have had nothing but good work done at this office. Been going there 10 plus years now. The staff is friendly and very accommodating to kids. My girls have the run of the place basically when we go in for cleanings. Not sure how this person feels they were discriminated against though. You were told upfront they don't take Medicaid. How is that discrimination? The receptionist has always been very nice to my family, maybe its you. Ever think of that? I highly recommend Dr. Giaimo and his staff. They're all very nice.

YES !! Correct!!! as the last review says the Receptionist has a attitude problem and the Dentist is a wimp ,this is very true.The hygienist is rude and loud and pressures you in to getting xrays when you tell her you DO NOT WANT XRAYS!!!! .They need more than a Dinner and a Movie Offer to get people in this Old, smelly office, it feels like walking back into the 70's!! Do yourself a favor and find a different dental office.There are plenty other offices to go to.

Great spot! Honest and reasonable. I came here after 12 years of zero dental work done, not even cleanings due to not having insurance. I was expecting the worst but, I came out with a clean bill of health. Had my missing filling fixed. my teeth cleaned and out the door. I came back this last time I was in town, same experience. I love the way they sonic clean your teeth. So much better than the old way! This is a highly recommended dentist in my opinion!

Dr good at his work and dental staff nice except receptionist. When I said I had trouble finding the office she reacted as if I was stupid because she assumed I had been there. Also I asked about the movie tickets and was told no because I had been his patient (over 10 yrs ago @ the old office). She made me feel as if I was trying to pull a scam and the Dr. stood right there & didn't say a word. His wimpy attitude and her rudeness is my reason for the poor score.
