As others have stated, Dr White is great but her office staff needs improvement. Since her long time front desk staff moved to a different job in her office, it has never been the same. I'm looking forward to looking elsewhere.

Dr. White is so kind and compassionate. I have never been comfortable with a dentist but she has changed that. Her and her staff go above and beyond, every single time. I'm so grateful.

Historically, I have a sweaty palm relationship with the dentist. But Dr White (no relation) has changed this reaction over the past two years. She and her staff are excellent: attentive, empathetic, and funny. I'm not sure I'd be very credible if I wrote that I now look forward to my dentist appointments, but the professionalism, the congenial atmosphere, and the other creature comforts offered make the trip far less sweaty.

my first visit went well but on my second appointment I was disappointed because I could not make it due to something came up and I had no time to call them and it was last minute. The receptionist or whoever is in charge of making phone calls to call the patients was kinda rude. I explained to her that I couldn't make it because something came up and I apologized but right away she said there will be a $25 dollar charge for failing to show up and I said that's fine. Right away she wanted my credit card so that she can charge me! I do not have a problem paying but she want it right away! So I paid right away and at the end of the conversation she told me that next time give them a call if I could not make my appointment so that they can give the slot to other patient. I like Dr. Mary White because she's nice and polite. But having a rude staff who scolds you on the phone is disappointing and makes the patient don't wanna go back to their clinic anymore.

I was referred to Dr White by several co-workers who have been seeing her for years! I absolutely love her and the office, everyone has been friendly and helpful and Dr. White makes you feel like old friends every time. I love that I get to pick out a movie to watch while I'm getting my teeth cleaned.

The only reason I give them 4 stars is because of their appauling front desk staff. Their office manager is always completely rude to me. I've been told by others that they go their for the excellent dental work, but that they dread dealing with her... Now I know why. The dental work is STILL good enough to almost totally make up for her attitude.

She was my dentist whenI lived in Ventura. Since I have moved on. Never found anybody better than her. Highly recommended

By far the best and most caring dentist I have ever been to. I have a lot of dental issues that will be dealt with and Dr White was very sensitive to budgeting. I was just having a conversation with friends about how common it is to go to a dentist and leave with the feeling work was done that didn't need to be done. That is definitely not the case here. Dr White recommends options that are best for the patient not her wallet. I will be recommending her to everyone and of course go back to her for all my dental needs.
