Danielle began her relationship with Dr. Fisher's office as a young patient when her family moved to Michigan from New Jersey. Danielle joined the office staff in 2004 when she was hired to work as a dental assistant in both mobile and private practices. Eventually shebecame part ofthebusinessoffice staff where she thrives. Danielle's current focus today iscoordinating provider schedules, determininginsurancebenefitsand managing accounts payable and receivable.Daniellegraduatedfrom Baker College with a B.A. in Business Leadership in 2011and continued hereducation at Oakland Community College taking advanced accounting courses.Danielleenjoys bookkeeping and manages several different business entities in her spare time.
Dr. Fisher is a member of the Oakland County Dental Society, the Michigan Dental Association and its Forensic Dental Identification Team (FDIT), the American Dental Association, the International Congressof Oral Implantologists and COHA,Coalition for Oral Health for the Aging. Dr. Fisher enjoys staying connected to her alma mater undergraduate and graduate educational institutions. She is a trustee at theUniversity of Detroit Mercy and supports Oakland University by serving as an ambassador in the community to the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS). Dr. Fisher also enjoysservingon the board of directors forMotor City Lyric Opera, a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and educating students and families in the Detroit area, particularly the under-served, through highly artistic musical presentations. Dentist, mother and grandmother,Dr. Fisher and her husband,Gordon Follmer, reside in Hartland, Michigan. Together theyhave nine children and fifteen grandchildren.
A native of Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Sandy graduated from Baker College in 2013 with a Degree inApplied Science in Dental Hygiene. While in hygiene school, Sandy served as a class representative and graduated cum laude, special honors.Sandy is certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia and is also certified in CPR. Sandy enjoys working in both a private practice environment, as well as in ourmobile practice as coordinator, utilizing both administrative and dental hygiene skillscaring for elderly patients in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Home facilities.She currently resides inAuburn Hills. Sandy enjoys gardening, going to the beach and nature parksand has recently joined a book club. Sandy has a great love of family and especially enjoys attending her son's sporting events playing football and basketball.

Born in the nation's capital and raised in the City of Detroit, Dr. Mary Fisher has been practicing dentistry in the West Bloomfield areasince 1981. A graduate of Gesu grade school andRochester High School, Dr. Fisher attended Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan before attendingUniversity of Detroit Dental School where she received her Doctor ofDental Surgery degree(DDS) in 1981. Dr. Fisher is committed to providing a standard of excellence in patient care and demonstrates a commitment to excellence through ongoing continuing education.
In 1982, Dr. Fisher establisheda mobile practice,Michigan Geriatric Dental Care, in an effort to better serve the geriatric and home-bound population in the Metropolitan Detroit tri-county area. Since 1987, Dr. Fisher has partneredwith Premier Healthcare Management in providing dental care to William Beaumont HospitalAffiliates' extended care facilities. Michigan Geriatric Dental Care treats patients that are home-bound, in skilled nursing homes andassisted living facilities.
Born and Raised in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, Lillian is a native Spanish speaker. She began helping her community at the age of twelveby fundraising for the Red Cross, assisting with social events at her brother's school of disabled adults and, as a teenager, volunteering at the Center of Prevention and Attentionto AIDS/HIV.
Helpful, kind and willing to work hard,Lillian is supportive,alwayscandid, and never leavesher sense of humor at homewhen she comes to work!Family life is important to Lillian and husband, Leo, and they enjoy spending time with their new addition, baby girl Mila, and Hobbes, our Portuegese water spaniel office mascot who is well-loved by all our staff and patients!
We are proud to welcome Dr. Andrea Hislop back to our practice! Many patients may remember Andrea as Dr. Fisher's main dental assistant from 2006-2012. Andrea assisted in both Dr. Fisher's office and mobile practices and has now returned as an Associate Dentist per Dr. Fisher's invitation. Having graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry Class of 2016, Dr. Hislop has a passion for excellence in dentistry and patient care. Dr. Hislop provides our patients the same level of patient care and excellence in dentistry that Dr. Fisher has established. Drs. Fisher and Hislop are excited to be practicing together.
Born in Long Beach, California and raised in Michigan, Dr. Hislop has a love of nature, art, and music. She is a member of the Oakland County Dental Society, the Michigan Dental Association, the American Dental Association and is an active member of her church. She and her husband, Jason, along with their three young children, Nathan and Julianna and Charles, enjoy the fun and excitement of family life!
Zhanna began her career as a dental hygienist after graduating in 1998 from the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School. Graduatingcum laudewith a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene,Zhanna is certified in the administration of local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation. She joined Dr.Fisher's team in 2005, is an active participant in continuing education and passionate about providing excellent care to her patient population. Zhanna'sfocus ispatient education,with theobjective of helping her patientsmaintain an optimal level of oral health.
Katie began her relationship with Dr. Fisher as a child upon moving to Michigan from New Jersey when she and her family became patients. In 2000, Katie began her career as a dental assistant and, over time, expanded her clinical and clerical skills until she acquired the position of Office Manager and Coordinator. After graduating from the Dental Hygiene program at Baker College in May, 2013, Katie began dividing her time between managing the many demands of a busy dental office and providing dental hygiene services to her many patients.

She is AWFUL! Do not recommend Do not recommend DO NOT RECOMMEND. go elsewhere I promise you. I overheard her speaking down to her employees in a very rude manner as well as talking poorly of some of her patients in the middle area. Just not a nice person, very aggressive in the mouth, slow and very outdated practice.

Everyone in this office is exceptional- the reception, dental assistants, and especially Doctor Fisher. Her empathy and skill will make her the only dentist my mother would ever visit. We're so grateful to have found this practice.

I have been going to this office for over 10 years, and I have to say everyone is always super friendly! Both dentists are extremely caring and take their time to make sure I understand what is going on with my oral health, and to help me make the best decision with treatment. The cleanings are always very thorough and gentle, which I think is key! I send all my friends and family here!

I have worked for Dr. fisher as a part-time dental hygienist for almost 5 years, as I have worked for many dentists in that time. I find it unfortunate that a patient, that Dr. Fisher had gone out of her way to help, would slander her name for the world to see. I have witnessed nothing but kindness, compassion, and determination pour out of this lady since the day I met her. She has been a great boss and the best dentist I have worked with so far.

Great caring dentist! We needed a dentist after relocating to Michigan years ago. We started seeing Dr. Mary Fisher and have been more than satisfied. She is a caring, perfectionist who takes pride in her work and wants her patients to have great oral health. She created a long term plan to restore my mouth to a healthy mouth and we worked that plan throughout the years. I continue to see Dr. Fisher for my dental needs. I have recommended her to many friends and associates and will continue to do so. She is a professional that actually cares about her patients!

I've always enjoyed my visits to the office-- the staff is warm and personable. I cannot recommend my hygienist, Katie, enough. (But I have seen other hygienists there over the years, they're fabulous as well!). There is no doubt that Dr. Fisher is a perfectionist and that she is actually invested in the health of her patients. She's a small lady, but with a big heart :) I totally recommend Dr. Fisher. ...And bonus points from me: It's a female owned/managed business!

Not only is my mil extremely hard to please, she has a very unusual bite. This makes it very hard to get her dentures to fit properly. Well.
